Located within a 5 minute walk to Casares Golf Club and restaurants (Bau Garden and Bahia de Casares Restaurant) open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Beautifully furnished air-conditioned penthouse with marble floors, leather sofas and contemporary furniture. The lower terrace is perfect for dining. You can also dine on the large roof terrace where you'll find sun-beds and a gas Webber BBQ, as well as a Jacuzzi for 4 people. The terraces overlook the Mediterranean ocean, with views of Morocco a the Atlas mountain range in Africa on clear days.
The apartment has a brand new air-conditioning and heater system that is linked to all rooms in the property.


The 'real' Spain is literally on your door step with some great beach bars (chirringuitos) and both traditional and modern Spanish eateries (vents). Alternatively, try Sabinillas beach front, or harbour-side at Puerto Duquesa for a more international feel; all are relaxed and family-friendly. Fantastic stay in Andaloucia!

The location and accommodation was great for our golf trip and subsequent treking vacation days in the neighboring mountains and white villages. Fantastic view from the living room and top terasse. Great time enjoying the roof top spa and tanning longchairs. Everything was perfect and accommodation met all our needs and made our stay so much more pleasurable! Overall just a fantastic experience and stay!

Lovely apartment

Really lovely place however further from the beach and estepona than we thought. Nowhere to eat within walking distance so car is essential. Air con amazing as temperatures were very high. Hot tub/cold tub very good. Host very good snd communication easy. Thank you.

Dieses Apartment entspricht genau den Fotos und ist ideal, um ein paar gemütliche Tage mit der Frau zu verbringen und den Lärm und Stress der Stadt zu vergessen. Die ruhige Umgebung ist ideal zum Entspannen. Alles hat perfekt geklappt. Tolle Dachterrasse und unglaubliche Aussicht. Das Apartment war sauber und modern und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Die Lage und die Unterkunft waren großartig für Urlaubstage in den benachbarten Bergen und weißen Dörfern. Fantastische Aussicht vom Balkon und der oberen Terrasse. Tolle Zeit im Spa auf dem Dach und auf den Sonnenliegen. Alles war perfekt und die Unterkunft erfüllte alle unsere Bedürfnisse und machte unseren Aufenthalt so viel angenehmer! Dieses Apartment verfügt über einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage mit Lift bis vor die Wohnungstüre.Wir kommen wiederDanke Joe

2 week stay

This apartment was perfect for our family of four. Fully functioning kitchen, spacious living area, comfortable bedrooms, fully functioning and effective aircon and amazing satellite TV channels. The rooftop terrace with private jacuzzi, incredible sea views and great bbq facilities made our holiday! The communal pool was a stones throw away from the apartment and was always sparkling clean and never too crowded. In addition the fantastic fenced off baby pool for our toddler was very useful and enjoyable. Joe was a very accomodating host. This apartment is truelly lovely and I would recommend it to anyone.

Tranquilidad y relajacion total

El alojamiento es tal cual muestran las fotografías, ideal para pasar unos días cómodos en familia, olvidándonos del ruido y del estrés de la ciudad. La urbanización tranquila, con zonas comunes ideales para relajarse. Joe se mostró muy atento y en todo momento colaborador con cualquier circunstancia que pudiera surgir. Todo salió perfecto. Lovely apartment with a helpful location

This apartment is under a kilometre from the main coastal road between Estepona and Sabinillias. As such it is easy to get to both inland and coastal locations. The apartment is very well and equipped with a top floor accessed by a spiral staircase, where we sunbathed even in February! We would definitely stay at Joe's apartment again.

Et fredeligt område. Flere pools. Fantastisk udsigt. Lækker tagterrasse. Spa på toppen samt bruser i det fri. Kun 2 solsenge til 4 personer. Alarm og låse overalt. Var lidt for meget efter min smag men smart med parkeringskælder og elevator op derfra. Nødvendigt med bil aht indkøb Den ene brusekabine var meget lille. Det ene værelse er også ret lille. Lys fra projektør ved pool skinner ind i værelset om natten. Køkken fint. Stue fin. Venlig udlejer. Alt i alt en skøn plet.

A fantastic penthouse for our family holiday

We are a family of four including an 18 and 15 year old. We wanted a base for our holiday which was spacious, with use of a pool and within walking distance to the beach. This property suited it us perfectly. It is exactly as described and more. The views from the roof terrace are stunning. Each side has a different view. You could look out to sea, over the golf courses, to the mountains or down to the pool. It was a perfect place for our morning coffee, lazing on a sunbed during the day, bbq in the evening and dipping in the hot tub. The smaller balcony off the lounge was perfect for having breakfast and lunch on. It was also nice to go and cool off in the pool. We chose to go down when it was quieter however there would have been no problem getting a sunbed any time. The air conditioning was very good and quiet too. Overall the apartment was very well equipped and the underground parking a blessing as the car was always cool when you got in. The lift went straight up from the garage to the apartment. The boys spent some days golfing and there are plenty courses to choose from within a short distance. We visited Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona. However our favourite place for evening meals was Puerto de la Duquesa which is 10 mins away in the car. It is a picturesque marina with nice restaurants. One morning we walked from the apartment and down to the beach and along the promenade to Duquesa. It is a long but lovely walk and the bonus is breakfast by the marina. The beach is vast and at this end it’s not so busy. The owner Joe replied to every communication from the outset and met us at the property. All directions and information given were spot on. We would have no hesitation in recommending this penthouse apartment. Thank you Joe!

Lovely Apartment in well situated complex.

Myself, my husband & 12 year old Son, stayed in this apartment for a week in February 2017. It exceeded expectations and was perfect for what we needed. Firstly, Joe the owner was very responsive and the booking procedure was easy and hassle free. He sent the property information over email, which included the address and how to find it etc. We organised flights ourselves and picked up a car at Malaga airport. I had already looked at the address that Joe sent over and found a large Carefour supermarket in Estepone, so we headed there first to stock up and then drove the final 10mins to the apartment. We found it easily, pretty much straight off the highway into a well managed, beautiful complex. We followed Joes instructions which led us to the underground parking area with direct access and lift up to the apartment. Being Feb we had a couple of days of rain, so the underground parking was very handy. The apartment was quite large, modern, cleanly furnished and felt very homely. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, the best we have ever had, there were condiments, tea, coffee, sugar, a couple of beers in the fridge, washing and dishwasher tabs. We did forget some bits so this was useful and we left a couple of things to add to the collection. All the furnishings were good quality and very comfortable. The roof terrace was large, plenty of room for dining, lounging and of course enjoying the hot tub with great views out to the sea. There was no extra charge for the hottub which was a bonus. As we were there in Feb and was a bit unlucky with the weather, we didn't do much sunbathing or use any of the pools within the grounds, however it was clear to see how amazing this place would be in Summer and we do plan to go back. Our main reason for this holiday was a comfortable base to see some of the larger citys/towns of Andalusia and it was perfect. The roads were well sign posted and it was easy scenic drives to Estepona, Ronda, Seville, and Cadiz which were all amazing. There was Estepona and another small commercial area within a 5/10 minute drive, or walk if the weather was good, with plenty of restaurants and shops. There was a very good restaurant within walking distance called La Choza. Lastly we had no problems on leaving and our deposit was refunded quickly. We had such a fantastic stay and really couldn't fault this Holiday Home. Thank you Joe! From the McLaughlans x

Great apartment in the west of...

My wife, twelve year old son and I spent eight enjoyable days staying in this 2 bedroom penthouse apartment. The views from the roof-top terrace towards Gibraltar, deep into the Atlas Mountains of Morocco and of the surrounding Andalusian mountains, which cloak the building, were nothing short of magnificent. Situated in the west of the Costa Del Sol, an hours drive from Malaga airport, the apartment is well presented, clean and fully functional. The added bonus of a jacuzzi, top end gas barbecue, and good quality interior and exterior furnishings ensure that you feel well catered to throughout your stay. We felt completely safe in the apartment and instantly relaxed. The pool, one of five you could access, was never overly crowded, even in July. Internet access is a must for any self-respecting twelve year old and we never had any issues on this count. It worked perfectly. The owner, Joe, was always prompt in his replies, professional and courteous throughout all of our transactions. In my opinion, a car is necessary to fully appreciate all that is on offer in the surrounding area. And there is plenty. The further west you travel on this coast the better it gets. Casares and the surrounding areas have been developed in a manner which is sympathetic towards the environment in which they are set. A lovely place, a lovely atmosphere and all well managed by Joe. I'd recommend it.

Very nice property

June 2016 had a lovely peacefull holiday,( x2 adults )lots of places to see, beach just down the road,apartment was clean comfortable and well equipped ,beautiful views weather was great,owner gave good directions from airport,only had problem with the internet contacted owner who managed to sort it just before the end of holiday ,ticked all of our boxes would definitely stay again.

Perfect holiday accomadation

An absolute perfect holiday! Fantastic,clean,tidy and well equipped apartment, close to some beautiful locations. Within easy reach of beaches,supermarkets,restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend to anyone but a car is essential.

perfect in every way

My family with a 14 year old girl and eleven year old boy stayed here for two wonderful weeks. Beautiful grounds and pools areas although the roof terrace with jacuzzi was where we spent our time when "home" the views were spectacular. Had breakfast there and a few barbecues which were so easy with the gas unit. Duquesa was a beautiful harbour and beach only minutes away and for the high life puerto banous was 25 mins north. Could have easily stayed longer as it is a real home from home.

Wonderful Apartement

This was my 3rd apartment booking in this area and by far it was the best. I spent a week in the Penthouse apartment and can't wait to go back. The property is in great condition throughout, furnished to an excellent standard with great appliances. Beds are very nice and comfy. The balcony is ideal for a nice breakfast watching the sea or a quick lunch in the shade. The roof terrace is a great place to enjoy the sun on one of the loungers (X4), use the jacuzzi (I have not yet used it) or have dinner al fresco while using the large Weber Gas BBQ. Location is perfect, not far from the beach and lots of grocery shopping options with 2 mercadona, 1 lidl and 1 carrefour within 15 minutes drive. Also plenty of restaurants down the road by the nearby beach or at the Puerto La Duquesa Marina. Wifi included is reliable and fast, large TV + DVD player and xbox. Sadly without UK channels as satellites recently narrowed their beam excluding southern Spain from the reception area, but who needs TV. Lying down on the loungers on the roof terrace looking at the stars was great fun. You do need a car to get around and with underground car parking to keep your car safe and cool it's a great option. Joe was very helpful and quick to answer any question I had via email. Highly recommended.

Lovely Apartment

My fiance and stayed in the pent house apartment for just over a week in September 2013. We absolutely loved the apartment as well as all of the extras like the roof terrace, the BBQ, the spa and the huge TV with satellite. Right from the point of booking through to after our visit the owner was very very helpful and was happy to provide answers promptly. Casares Costa del Sol was a lovely spot with a great swimming pool area surrounded by the apartments. At the time we stayed there were very few other holiday makers in the resort meaning there were available loungers at the pool. The apartment is really well finished and all the furniture and fixtures are of a high quality. I would really recommend booking the penthouse with the roof terrace. It's an amazing private space in sunshine. There is a huge dining table up there, nice loungers, a BBQ and a spa. What more do you need. Inside the apartment everything else was really nicely finished, spotlessly clean and it great having things like UK television, a washing machine and nice kitchen. I would also recommend having a hire car for Casares Costa del Sol, as you might struggle without one. There is a private parking space below the building which is nice and secure and keeps the car cool. We couldn't fault this holiday rental.
