A modern and comfortable farmhouse, this property is located in De Cocksdorp. With 2 bedrooms for 4 people, this property features a garden, terrace and table tennis table. For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters.

Das Bauernhaus liegt zu weit vom Ort entfernt. Genaue Adresse bekommt man erst bei der Schlüsselübergabe. Laut Internet liegt das Bauernhaus mitten im Ort. Zu Fuß mehr als 30 Min. entfernt (immer an der Straße entlang). Ohne Fahrrad oder Auto liegt die Wohnung ungünstig. Für Strandliebhaber ist ein Fahrrad oder Auto unverzichtbar. Die Wohnung ist ok. Die Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffee ist vorhanden, aber nicht funktionsfähig. Dafür gibt es eine Espressomaschine. Wir haben den Backofen vermisst. Die Microwelle ist da leider kein Ersatz. Bei einer Belegung von 3-4 Personen muß die Geschirrspülmaschine jeden Tag laufen, um genug Geschirr und Gläser zu haben.LG Klaus

Bei der Buchung von diesem Bauernhaus bin ich davon ausgegangen, das sich das Haus im Ort De Cocksdorp Kikkertstraat 3 liegt (sowie auf der Lagekarte markiert ist ). Die richtige Adresse wurde uns leider erst bei der Schlüsselübergabe in Kikkertstraat mit geteilt. Das Haus liegt 50 min zu Fuß entfernt und steht in der Hollandseweg 22. Laut den Internet-Bildern hatten wir eine andere Wohnung erwartet. Die Wohnung war aber ok. Für Gäste ohne Auto und Fahrrad ist dieses Haus zu weit vom Ort oder Strand entfernt. Fußweg zum Bäcker im Ort ca 50Min, zum Strand Kaap Noord-Holland ca. 40Min, zum Strand Vakantievilla ca. 50Min. Eine genaue Lagebeschreibung (schon bei der Buchung) wäre wünschenswert. Ps. Wir sind mit 3 Personen im Alter von 70-76Jahre angereist.
