Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Ruhig gelegenes Haus.Strand, Innenstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bahnhof: alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen .

Le mie due settimane di vacanza presso casa Magiarda sono state gradevolissime . Ricordo con particolare piacere il grande, ombreggiato, rilassante terrazzo al primo piano e le piante,i fiori,il verde che caratterizzano questa abitazione che, pur essendo vicina al mare,è lontana dai rumori e dalla confusione. Gentilissime e disponibili le padrone di casa, la signora Umberta e la mamma che ,attenta alle nostre esigenze, ci ha seguito con cortesia e pazienza durante la prima settimana. In sintesi,bella e particolare esperienza che consiglio vivamente

superbe dependance

Agréablement surpris par cette maison pleine de charme. A 10min a pieds du centre ville et de la mer. Maison installee avec gout, beaucoup d espace et grand jardin. Nous étions 6 dont 1 enfant et 1 bébé. Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et sympathiques. Je recommande cette location.

Incantevole alternativa

Questa antica costruzione rurale riattata con gusto ed originalità, pur nel rispetto dell'austera eleganza ligure, accoglie gli ospiti promettendo una atmosfera serena e piacevole; e la promessa è mantenuta. Nulla è lasciato al caso: mobili antichi, cucina accessoriata completamente, wireless ed impianti audiovisivi completi, libreria fornita, comoda dislocazione e arredo delle camere da letto e dei due bagni, ogni angolo è pensato per vivere sentendosi a proprio agio, come a casa propria. Noi l'abbiamo vissuta in sei, due piccole famiglie amiche, ed abbiamo trovato splendido poter usare, chi l uno chi l'altro , i vari angoli della casa, terrazzo ed ampio giardino per convivere spaziosamente in vacanza. In prossimità del centro paese e di servizi e svaghi , ma in una zona tranquilla, lontano da calca, traffico, rumore. I proprietari, nella proprietà limitrofa, sono discreti, gentili e assolutamente disponibili. Concordo nel suggerire tale scelta come validissima alternativa di qualità.

La dimora è fuori dai normali parametri locativi della classica casa al mare.. La descrizione nell inserzione corrisponde perfettamente a quanto abbiamo trovato. Si unisce il piacere, la calma della campagna alla comodità di essere a due passi dal centro paese ed a quattro passi dalla spiaggia. Decisamente diverso dai soliti appartamenti chiassosi, addossati alla calca.. L'aria è leggera e fresca, la abitazione ha un fascino antico e semplice- una vecchia stalla riattata- e stimola una vita attiva. Ci si sente a casa anche grazie alla squisita e riservata disponibilità dei proprietari abitanti la villa padronale limitrofa. Se mi dovessero chiedere dei suggerimenti per migliorare questa casetta, proporrei di mettere dei rivestimenti copri sedie e copri divani sia al piano terra sia al primo piano, in modo da rendere l uso del l'arredo più fresco e garantire una maggior igiene, magari anche rinfoderare le scaffalature interne nei i mobili della cucina, che in quanto vetusti potrebbero essere valorizzati. E da ultimo la lavapiatti...c'è la predisposizione nel l'arredo della cucina.. Per una famiglia numerosa come la mia sarebbe un toccasana per il riposo estivo. In ogni caso il mio giudizio è assolutamente positivo.

Good holiday in Spotorno

We had a good time at the house and especially enjoyed the amazing garden. Umberta and her family are really lovely and welcoming people. Our two small kids (3 and 5y) had a very fun and safe play in the garden. We could also pick delicious grapes and tomatoes. Thanks a lot! The kitchen just had a brand new toaster (one of those you can make delicious panini with!) and a microwave. We asked Umberta's mum for a hairdryer and towels and received them without any issues. The staircase inside the house was just about ok for the kids, but we had to set special rules for them of not climbing, sliding or playing on the stairs and keep a bit of an eye on them. There is also a huge gap in the railing of the staircase upstairs, which was only boarded off by a small shelf. We were bitten by mosquitoes on the first nights, but used a spray and some smokey spirals (insect repellent) and got rid of them in the house, but had to keep the windows closed, especially in the evening and night. It wasn't a problem since it wasn't hot anymore and a pleasant temperature for sleeping. There is a good supermarket nearby and the distance to the beach is walkable but we usually used the car to explore different beaches along the coast (really liked a nice sandy beach next to the road between Noli and Varigotti).

not our best holiday

location accurate, property was clean. Nice rustic house, nice views of garden and hills and lady left garden produce but several difficulties for us. I apologise but I would have found it helpful to know. I am not sure in 15 years of about 2 holiday lets a year I have ever given a tricky review before. Layout accurate, but photos when we booked did not show staircase as clearly: stone spiral with no barrier on the outside - our 6yo just managed, but we may not have booked, and I would not take any younger. facilities not as described: no oven or microwave (strange)no toaster, no toys, did not see a hairdryer or iron and board. Also were told no towels, tricky when flying so limited what can carry, but stunned to find no bath mats. Shower cubicle has no glass door, just a curtain across it so it usually flooded the floor; had to buy 3 floor cloths. No jug in the kitchen to bring water to the table, had to ask for one. Our main problem was owners house next to ours. overlooking, had a hornets nest and she had possibly been told earlier. Two were in our room on the 1st morning; so we kept everything shut, so too hot to sleep, no air and no view and no use of the garden. Firemen only called 2 mornings later, told us to keep away as they put poison in. Next day dared to open window, hornet in within 5 mins. All shut again, and too hot, hard to sleep for all, right to the end. Mosquitoes were a problem too, as they can be, we tried various method, with 2 nights to go the owner gave electric burners. We were possibly unlucky that in the first hour in the sea in Spotorno, husband got a bad jellyfish sting. The lifeguard on thet beach however said there had been many that day, but had not warned us as he watched us go in. It may be a bit of a problem: 2 days later, after serious persuasion, an duse of masks in teht sea to spot them, youngest child was also affected by jelly fish - touched rather than stung, still 2 rashes. A few days later went out on pedalo and saw them near us. On another pedalo they had a net with 3 jellyfish in them. finally, again because it would have helped us to know, like many other places in Italy, part of the (15 minute) walk from the house to the sea is not easy (or worse) as it is a twisty road with no pavements. I am sure we were particularly unlucky, another week we could have enjoyed sitting in the garden, temperate rooms, no jellyfish, fewer mosquitoes; there is nothing intrinsically wrong with the house - just a bad week for us

first of all it is always sad to receive a negative review. Especially for a home that you loved and still love very much. This is the only negative review we have received, and we had all summer weeks full. I'm also sad because if this family would be much open we could help them much more, expecially with the little wrong things about the house. for us it's even important to have feedbacks from persons with different habits from us. And I 'm sad because this family didn't have a good holiday. They were our guests! But I want to clarify some points in order to avoid any confusions with those who will want to stay with us: About the house some general observations could be easily resolved immediately. We live in front (same garden) and, if they would have been reported, we would have tried to solve them soon as we did with the jug (I mean microwave, toaster, toys, iron and board,hairdryer) towel: we notified by email in advance that we were not able to supply them. Again, if it had been a big problem, we could try to arrange something. Shower curtain and mats: again about this no one has said a word. We could try to help. About the staircase: at the time of their booking, photos were not very good. We changed them (from late June) with better ones (you can watch them, the stair is well photographed. And I like it a lot...). And as soon as changed I warned this family. If there is any problem with this staircase you can close it with a special trap door and pass through French windows upstairs. We did this with other families with young children. They asked to solve the problem. about the hornets, mosquitoes and jellyfish For these we have not been able to keep them away from our property. But we tried to do what you could ...

Mooi huis in Spotorno

We hebben (met z'n vieren) een week gelogeerd in dit huis in Spotorno. Het huis is ruim, smaakvol ingericht en heeft een terras (1e verdieping) en een ruim grasveld. Je kunt lekker buiten zitten. Het ligt in een rustige buurt, iets buiten het centrum. De eigenaresse is heel vriendelijk en met vragen kun je altijd terecht. Heel fijn om een wasmachine te hebben. Het strand van Spotorno vonden wij niet zo geweldig maar er zijn veel andere stranden in de buurt.
