Casa Bouganville' is a welcoming mediterranean-style house divided into two separate apartments - Acqua Marina and Stella Marina - about 150 meters from the beach of Bosa Marina, with a private garden, BBQ, outdoor shower, private verandas. The apartments can be rented either separately or together.

CASA STELLA MARINA- on the first floor.

This apartment consists of a living room, three bedrooms (one with a double bed), a kitchen with a dishwasher and a bathroom with shower and washing machine, air conditioning, ceiling fans in every room, mosquito nets in front of every window, TV, DVD and WiFi.
The apartment has it's own private entrance and it's own private veranda in the garden, equipped with a large teak dining table and chairs. The garden offers space to relax and is equipped with sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue and an outdoor shower. In a few minutes' walk ( approx. 150 metres) you reach the long sandy beach (free of charge) which slopes gently into the sea, the promenade with its restaurants, cafés and small shops.

The house is situated in a quiet location in the middle of a beautiful garden.

Secure space for bicycles in the private garden.

Please note that the outdoor shower and BBQ are shared with the apartment 'Acqua Marina'.

Lovely place

We all loved the house, it was spacious, clean and in a great location. Bosa old town is beautiful and within walking distance. We got the bus to Alghero which was very easy and loved exploring the various beaches in the area. Thanks to Pietro for a great holiday.

Exceptionally beautiful and amazing accommodation, with equally beautiful and amazing surroundings. Such great overall care, attention to details and refinement of the house, garden and associated facilities, which all culminate into an unforgettable experience. Truly exceptional!It was a pity that we couldn't check in earlier.

I would come back

The beds are too short for larger people and not that comfortable. Unfortunately there were roadworks during our stay and which were noisy. The rest was perfect.

Location parfaite

Le propriétaire est très accueillant. L'appartement est très confortable et tous les appareils (électroménagers, climatisation, internet) sont parfaitement fonctionnels. La localisation est parfaite pour découvrir Bosa et les différentes plages. Il n'y a pas de problème pour trouver une place de stationnement gratuite dans la rue. Merci beaucoup à Pietro et nous espérons pouvoir revenir les prochaines années.

Sehr schönes Appartement auch in der Hauptsaison

Wir (Freundinnen, 1x mit Kind) haben 2 tolle Wochen in Pietros Appartement verbracht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und unkompliziert empfangen und haben uns in dem schönen Appartement (1. Stock) sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, alles war sehr sauber. Im Bad gab es eine Bade Maschine und alles war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten einen schönen was Platz unten im Garten, eine Außen-Dusche gab es auch sowie einen gemauerten Grill. Parkplätze findet man im das Haus herum. Der Weg zum Strand dauert etwa 3 Minuten (drei Querstraßen). Der Strand war voll, aber vorwiegend durch italienische Touristen, was für uns schön war. Am Strand gibt es einige Bars und Restaurants. Bosa ist ca. 2-3 km entfernt und Ist sehr schön. Hier gibt es alles was man im Urlaub braucht und ein paar nette Restaurants. Insgesamt 2 wunderbare Wochen!

Excelente

La casa es excelente, limpia, muy próxima a la playa de Bosa. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Era un auténtico relax llegar a casa después de la playa o de nuestras salidas en coche. Sin problemas de aparcamiento. Un recibimiento muy acogedor por parte de Pietro, que nos proporcionó lo esencial y más, a nuestra llegada. No falta de nada en la casa. La Recomiendo vivamente. Ha sido un placer. Gracias Pietro.
