Two Bedroom Lodge - Sleeps five - Pet Friendly

Buttercup Lodge is a luxury lodge with hot tub located at Tor Farm, nestled at the base of  Nyland Hill in the rural Somerset countryside, close to Cheddar Gorge. A perfect place to explore the surrounding area for walks with your loved ones (including those four pawed) With beautiful countryside views from the decking you can truly feel away from it all, while relaxing in your own private hot tub. 

Perfect for couples, families and friends wishing to get together in a beautiful rural location. With your own hot tub and barbeque station to relax and socialise around with the shared seasonal heated outdoor swimming pool adding to your break away.

- Check-in between 3-7pm on day of arrival, contactless check in available for late check ins please advise at booking
- Check out 10am except on Sundays when check out is extended to 3pm.
- For group bookings of 5 or more - please ring to discuss before booking online
- We ask that there should be no loud noise be it from voices or music outside after 10pm, so as not to disturb other residents who wish to be quiet. If you are using the hot tub, be aware that noise travels in the still of the night, so please respect other guests who are here for a peaceful break away from it all

Amazing

Great location, beautiful views, the lodge is designed really well, nice and cosy, warm with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend.Highly recommended, will definitely come again.

The finish of everything was so well done and it had everything we needed. Comfy bed and duvet and hot tub was perfect. Lovely owners who came to our rescue when we had a problem (not with anything to do with the property!)

Perfect place for peace

Just an exceptional lodge . Spotlessly clean and nicely appointed throughout. Fantastic hot tub and swimming pool . We liked the fact that you are not overlooked by anyone due to the clever layout of the lodges , and it’s just great for peace and quiet . Very nice hosts too . Will definitely return , and would wholeheartedly recommend.

Buttercup Lodge - beautiful location

Absolutely stunning lodge, all furnishing were to a high spec, hot tub was beautiful. Wish i could bring the bed home, it was so comfy. Will definitely be booking again

A lovely lodge in a stunning setting! Very comfortable beds, clean lodge, hot tub is a big bonus. I feel very relaxed & at peace after 10 days spent in Buttercup lodge. Can’t wait to return.

A really great lodge beautiful setting and privately positioned. A great location to visit Cheddar, Weston Super Mare and Wells and Glastonbury etc.. The host Karen was very helpful and we have been twice now and enjoyed each time we’ve been. Definitely go again soon.

Long weekend stay

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend in January with our dog. The cottage was lovely and exactly how it was advertised when booking it. The hot tub was very enjoyable and very private when using it. It was very peaceful and we would definitely go back. We loved the fact a dog gate was put in place on the decking so our dog could go outside without us worrying he may escape!

Long weekend break

This place is amazing the lodge is perfect, so clean and all the furniture is lovely and modern, the fixtures and fittings are all so lovely, everything you need is there, the hot tub is a real treat and the surroundings are lovely, tidy grounds and very clean and it’s so peaceful, it is the best place we have staid at, this is our second visit and we have booked to come again next year.

We had a fabulous stay in Buttercup. The accommodation was very clean and well equipped. The location and views were fantastic, the pool, especially for our two young daughters was brilliant and the hot tub the icing on the cake. A fantastic stay. Thank you.

Our stay at Tor farm

Beautiful surroundings and lovely living space, the hot tub was fabulous and the pool was absolutely wonderful with the added bonus of having it all to ourselves because of the booking system! We left on A Sunday and didn’t realise that it was automatically a late check out at 3pm which meant we managed a dip in the hot tub and 2 hours in the pool instead of rushing to pack up. I would definitely recommend taking a visit to Tor Farm, Thankyou for a lovely, relaxing stay.

Fabulous property in a quiet location

Easy booking process, owner replied to my queries quickly. Check in was super easy and contactless. Property situated in a lovely quiet location with beautiful views. Very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended.

Excellent property in an amazing location. Will definitely be coming back for our fourth stay next year! Only downside was the WiFi - especially with a Netflix loving teenager. The hot tub and pool make up for it though
