Formerly a working dairy farm, Coldharbour Farm is situated in a tranquil, secluded setting within walking distance of the historic Cornish county town of Bodmin. Coldharbour Farm is a haven for relaxing. Unwind in our lawned garden with views over Bodmin town and the surrounding countryside. Barbecues are available for enjoying a meal with family and friends. Have fun playing table tennis, pool, darts or table football in our games room. Children can enjoy our safe enclosed play area. Located in the heart of Cornwall, approximately 20 minutes from the north and south coasts, and with easy access to the A30 trunk road, Coldharbour farm is your key to unlock a treasure chest of Cornish jewels. There are six cottages at Coldharbour Farm which accommodate from 2 to 7. For details and availability please contact us.

Lovely

We stayed for 4 nights, the cottage has everything you need. Clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Convenient location and a lovely site. This is our fourth time of visiting and we will be back.

Perfect for golf stay

Lovely cottage that suited us perfectly

Lovely cottage with everything we needed, very comfortable and well appointed. Nothing was lacking, we only stayed for 2 nights but it suited us just right.

Lovely stay, lovely property the kids loved it.Only way could be better if left the kids at home . Owners were lovely left us , but always let us know any problems , where they was and even a contact number.Games room was really good and a nice touch and brilliant if a rainy day or kids getting a bit to much .All in all would return and thanks for having us

Lovely 3 bed stable conversion

The cottage was very spacey, very clean and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped to allow us to cook a couple nights. The games room came in handy on rainy days. A great little find and perfectly positioned. see any coast or villafes in Corwall.

One weeks stay

We loved the cottage. Handy for both coastlines and we drove around and saw plenty. The little play area and games room were lovely (though sometimes other residents didn’t clean up the games room as per the rules we had to tidy up after them a few times). Really lovely stay. If we come back to Cornwall we would certainly consider staying here again.

Goin’ Bodmin was ansum

Short stay visiting family for the weekend and the cottages at Coldharbour farm are perfectly situated and arranged to provide an excellent stay. The hosts are very thoughtful and we were able to make the most of our very short stay for hugs with Cornish Grandma and Bampy and go beach.

Lovely location and convenient base

We had a lovely stay and were very pleased with our accommodation. It has all the amenities and even a games room (we did not use as too tired from the days many activities). It is also close to all the supermarketsshops, yet only 7 minutes drive to a couple of National Trust properties and walks. It is also conveniently located for multiple beaches less than 25 minutes drive away. Hope to return again soon.

Great stay at Cold Harbour Farm

We had an amazing stay at Cold Harbour Farm. What a hidden gem! The hosts were super responsive to any questions we had. The cottage is well equipped and spacious for the 5 of us. The kids loved the playroom and park and used it rain or shine! The property is well located to see all parts of Cornwall. Thank you and we will definitely return.

Lovely Christmas Home Visit

My family enjoyed staying at Coldharbour Farm Cottages. Beds were great, the cottage was warm and cozy, well-equipped and worked out well for us. The hosts were friendly and really helpful.We had family living nearby so had a busy family Christmas. Wel also had a blast revisiting our favorite scenic local spots, such as Bodmin Moor, local historic attractions and the always magnificent local beaches. Especially enjoyed taking the family out several of the quirky local country pubs that had excellent atmosphere and great food.Our family had a magical time and we look forward to visiting again soon.

Perfect stay

Thank you so much for your warm welcome and for making our stay comfortable. We really appreciated our stay in your lovely cottage. The beds were excellent and we slept very well. No noise at all, great comfort thanks to the laundry. Parking place close to the cottage, everything was perfect! The location is ideal to discover the wonderful landscapes of Cornwall. We had a wonderful stay and we really hope to come again soon. I will recommend your cottage to my friends.

Nice cheap stay

We Pulled up to Coldharbour and it was all very easy to navigate. Accommodation is basic but clean, warm and has everything needed for a base to explore. Kids playpark and games room are great. 10 mins walk into town. Steam railway 5 mins walk. Supermarkets between 2-5mins drive. Great base for exploring the local area and we will definitely return. Thanks

Comfortable cottage

We had a nice stay in Bodmin. The hosts are very friendly. The children liked the games room very much. Very clean cottage. The double bed is only 1.40m wide, so a bit less comfortable than hoped for. The only negative issue was the noise from the upstairs neighbours. In the "cough" cottage you are (partly) underneath another cottage and the mezzanine floor is quite noisy, do you can hear them walk.

Family Holiday

We had the pleasure of staying at Coldharbour Farm for two weeks. We where staying there for a break away for my sons 24th Birthday. We stayed in the cottage called Chough which was 3 bedrooms. It was a lovely little cottage with everything you needed to have a nice break away. It was a lovely touch having scones,jam and cream left for us to enjoy. We didnt actually get to meet the owners, but i did speak to Micheal on the phone. And he was very pleasant asking if we where having a nice time. Interested in where we had been and what we had been doing. It really is a lovely place to stay for a holiday.
