Formerly a working dairy farm, Coldharbour Farm is situated in a tranquil, secluded setting within walking distance of the historic Cornish county town of Bodmin. Coldharbour Farm is a haven for relaxing. Unwind in our lawned garden with views over Bodmin town and the surrounding countryside. Barbecues are available for enjoying a meal with family and friends. Have fun playing table tennis, pool, darts or table football in our games room. Children can enjoy our safe enclosed play area. Located in the heart of Cornwall, approximately 20 minutes from the north and south coasts, and with easy access to the A30 trunk road, Coldharbour farm is your key to unlock a treasure chest of Cornish jewels. There are six cottages at Coldharbour Farm which accommodate from 2 to 7. For details and availability please contact us.

These people are spot on

I will recommend for one night or a week. Beautifully furnished and well setup. Nice touch clotted cream and scones right there upon arrival. 😋

Exploring Cornwall

Ideal location for exploring North Cornwall, Kingfisher cottage was perfect for 6 of us. The cottage was very clean, had everything we needed with the added bonus of delicious scones on arrival. cream

Lovely stay in Cornwall

We had a lovely stay in Bodmin. The cottage was nice and clean and we had everything we needed for a stay with our three children. The location was perfect for daily trips around Cornwall. We would definitely come again.

Highly recommend

We stayed in Kingfisher cottage and it was absolutely lovely everything that we could have wanted was in the property. The fresh scones, jam and clotted cream on arrival made us feel right at home and appreciated. The location is right in the centre of Bodmin easy reach of everything. We have two teenage boys and they loved spending time in the games room - really well equipped, We would definitely look to return And support these gracious hosts.

Annual Snowboarding Trip

Our first time our family/friends have been to Tahoe and this location made it 10x better! The location, the cabin itself, cleanliness, games, variety of rooms, hot tub, etc. made the stay so much more enjoyable! We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Tahoe!

We only stayed a few days directions to property were spot on loads of room for up to 7 people lovely touch of scones and cream on arrival .game room was a extra bonus to it was cold that that wasn't anyone's fault we were offered extra heaters will be back in the future

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung in zentraler Lage Cornwall‘s

Die Lage der Wohnung bietet zum Umkreis alle Möglichkeiten. Wir hatten leider mit einer Woche nur begrenzte Zeit die tolle Umgebung und die tollen Orte und Strände vollständig zu erkunden. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und begrüßten uns mit einer netten Aufmerksamkeit. Wenn wir es schaffen fahren wir vielleicht noch mal. Die 1100 km Anfahrt sind wohl ein bisschen anstrengend.

Check in process was very easy and communication was excellent. Property as described, only minor issue is that the bathrooms were a bit small.

We only stayed 2 nights but cannot fault the whole experience. The hosts kept in contact before our visit and answered any questions we had quickly. Scones with jam and cream was a very nice touch. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic base to explore Cornwall

Property was clean, beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed using the games room. The cream teas on arrival were a lovely addition. A perfect place to stay . There are a couple of things to bear in mind; the driveway is single track so turn in carefully and the stone steps up to Kingfisher are fairly deep. We will definitely be going back.

Spot on!

Easy and pleasant transaction form start to finish (scones jam and clotted cream on arrival were very welcome 🤤) The property was ready early which was very welcome after a long drive. All the things you would need for a short break away were provided (except fans, the cottage was pretty hot so a quick trip was needed to purchase some!) Everything was clean and tidy and perfect for our stay. The additional features of a laundry were great after beach days too! My only negative was the size of the shower and the bathroom sinks but that was just a minor negative. I would happily book here again should we visit in the future!

5 day stay with young family

We had a fantastic time here. Lots of areas to explore locally with our family. Weather could have been better! Kids loved the games room which was great for the wet weather. The farm and hosts were great.

Cosy little cottage

The cottage is cosy and clean with 4 bedrooms, 1 ensuite and 1 matchbox single and open plan kitchen and lounge. Well appointed accomadation with small kitchen with all basic utensils that you would require for a homely stay. However we did find the bathrooms to be a little on the small side and a little uncomfortable but the rooms were cosy and beds clean and comfortable. The cottage is also not as remote as i would've liked but nevertheless, quiet and peacefull

Bodmin cottage

Lovely stone cottage, very well equipped and warm, as was needed, as the Cornish weather was getting wintry. Thank you Michael for your friendly welcome. Great location from which to explore Cornwall. Our first visit, but not our last for sure.

Great holiday base

Lovely accommodation. The cream tea scones and bottle of milk were very welcome, a lovely touch . The games room was a big bonus , a great way to unwind in the evening. Michael and Eilleen were extremely personable and helpful . A great midway spot for exploring both the north and south of Cornwall.

Lovely barn conversion

We were six adults and it was ideal for a short break. We were e-mailed to say that the property was ready before the advertised check in time and there was a smashing cream awaiting us. The house was clean, very well situated and equipped. We had a good couple of days there.

Cold harbour farm

Bodmin is a great base for exploring Cornwall and we enjoyed our stay in kingfisher at cold harbour farm. The accommodation was excellent and very comfortable and really enjoyed the complimentary scones and clotted cream. There is a playroom for the children also.
