Kindly note, there are building works being carried out across the road meaning noise/disturbance can be expected. In July and August building works usually stop as per local council rules.

Living Area: Behind the massive wooden front door, the entrance foyer opens out to a jaw-dropping open-plan interior. The split-level living room, kitchen and dining room area is bright and spacious, revealing views of the swimming pool beyond through the full-length glass walls and sliding doors. A slate feature wall in the living room and lovely large stone tiling used throughout this space, create a stunning environment. You have a large leather seating area in the living room overlooking the flat screen TV. This living area certainly is a grand room, with its high-class windows, decorative slate walls and quirky upholstery.

Kitchen: The kitchen is a chef’s dream, a large central island is complemented by only the best of SMEG appliances, including a wine cooler, espresso machine, and extensive storage space. After the kitchen stays the dining area with a cosy round table for 8 people, a flat screen TV and a quiet aquarium.

Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms in total in Villa Orla Deluxe. Two of which are on the first floor and the remaining two are on the second floor. The two bedrooms on the first floor both have double beds with 1.8x2m walk in closets and luxurious decoration details with views over the pool area. Up a set of stairs and across a glass feature landing you come to the second floor. Here you will find the third bedroom and the master. The third bedroom has a double bed with another walk-in closet. This room as a small private balcony with views over the pool area. The sumptuous master suite also has a double bed with a spacious walk in closet. Outside this suite there is a large sun balcony with pool views and a lounge area to enjoy the sun. All bedrooms have LCD TV’s.

Bathrooms: All bedrooms have their own en-suites. Bedrooms 1 and 2 on the first floor both have walk-in shows. Bedroom 3 on the second floor has en-suite with walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a large bathroom with double sink, double walk-in shower and bathtub.

Games: If you travel down the set of stairs from the living room you come to the basement level. Here you will find a glass wall revealing the blue waters of the swimming pools’ depths, we find a games area with table tennis. Here we also find a silver steam room and a cinema room for 6 people with cinema screen (1,4x2,3metres), video projector and sound system.

Outside: The beautiful outdoor area, needs to be seen to be believed. The amazing geo-thermal swimming pool and stunning surrounding sun terraces are ideal for enjoying the Algarve sunshine, with plenty of sun loungers, shades, lounge areas and a covered BBQ area with a gas BBQ and an outside dinner table for 8 people.

On the roof level of the villa, accessible from the main staircase, you will find a large lounge area with parasols and sofas for 12 people. You also have a jacuzzi where you can sit back and enjoy a cocktail while over looking the beautiful views.

Other Information: Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and second fridge freezer in the basement level. There is also a utility room, garage and shower room. Ducted air conditioning throughout. Wireless Internet. Geothermal heated swimming pool (extra charge applies). Rates include maid cleaning service, bedroom linen, bathroom and pool towels. Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi internet are also included in the price. Pool heating is available upon request, with payment of a supplement of £500 p.w.

Maid Service: Maid service is included 3 days per week, on weekdays, except bank holidays. Bed linen is changed every 7 nights and towels are changed twice a week.
