Beautiful 18th century property on the banks of the river Lot

The gîte Les Pêcheurs is located on the banks of the River Lot and is part of a charming mansion called Les Séchoirs from 1780. The location on the river is truly unique and offers plenty of space. The gite has a private jetty with a motorboat and a large terrace on the river, where you can fully enjoy the natural beauty of the river.

Les Pêcheurs is a beautifully renovated gite overlooking the Lot. The gîte has a hall with a toilet, a spacious living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and microwave. There is also a television, CD player and a fireplace for extra comfort. On the first floor you will find a large double bedroom with a super-king size bed and river views. On the same floor there is a beautiful shower room with toilet. On the second floor there is a large triple room (with three single beds) with beautiful original beams and again stunning views over the River Lot.

Wi-Fi is available in each gite and in the immediate vicinity of the swimming pool. A baby cot and high chair are available for the little ones. Please request this when booking so that we can reserve it for you. Each gîte is provided with bed linen. There is plenty of free parking and special space for motorcyclists to safely store their motorcycles.

The beautiful swimming pool offers a view of the Lot and on the property you will also find two large tobacco barns (Séchoirs) where you can store bicycles and fishing equipment. In one of the tobacco barns there is a communal room with a table tennis table, pool table and a sitting area with an extensive collection of books.

In the park-like garden you can enjoy a jeu de boule court, a trampoline and football goals. Les Séchoirs is ideal for water sports enthusiasts and fishermen, with plenty of space and good chances to catch big carp and catfish. Additional information for anglers is available.
