Schönes kleines Häuschen mit Blick über Orosei

Ein tolles kleines Haus über den Dächern der Stadt. Die Innenstadt von Orosei ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zu den Stränden fährt man ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Alle Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Im Haus war alles ordentlich und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter Antonietta und Graziano sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. An dieser Stelle noch einmal vielen Dank und liebe Grüße. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wollen wieder kommen.

Wunderbares Häuschen mit toller Aussicht

Hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Häuschen ist genau wie abgebildet und beschrieben. Es war alles sehr ordentlich und super sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, die Übergabe und Kommunikation haben bestens geklappt. Der Blick von der schönen Terrasse ist besonders hervorzuheben. In näherer Umgebung sind zahlreiche schöne Strände, man kann viel erleben. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.

Bellissima casetta con vista panoramica di Orosei

Bellissimo appartamento, attrezzato e pulitissimo. Terrazzo con splendida vista panoramica. Mare e spiagge raggiungibili in pochi minuti. Antonietta simpaticissima e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi domanda. Siamo stati davvero bene. Grazie.

Traumhafter Blick und hilfsbereite Vermieter

Wir können das kleine feine Ferienhäuschen von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Von der Terrasse aus hatten wir bei unseren Mahlzeiten einen traumhaften Blick auf die Stadt sowie den Golf von Orosei. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt, sauber und die Küche gut sortiert. Unsere überaus freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar, Fragen konnten immer schnell geklärt werden. Die wertvollen Tipps bzgl. Restaurants und Ausflugszielen, die wir von ihnen bekamen, waren Gold wert. Da wir kaum Italienisch können, haben wir uns v. a. auf Französisch verständigt, was aber kein Problem war. Noch nie haben wir in fremden Betten so gut geschlafen wie dort, sowohl wir Eltern als auch unsere Kinder auf der Schlafcouch! Das Auto kann direkt neben dem Häuschen abgestellt werden - praktisch zum Aus- und Einladen. Nachts kann man laut Vermietern problemlos bei geöffneten Fenstern schlafen - wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt.

Appartamento bello e molto pulito situato in un bel giardino con una vista panoramica sul paese di Orosei affacciato sul mare. Abbiamo trascorso una settima di relax appartamento silenzioso fresco ventilato e raggiungibile a piedi il centro caratteristico di Orosei e inoltre vicino a bellissime spiagge. Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour à Orosei. Nous étions dans l'appartement situé dans la maison d'Antonietta ,la propriétaire,qui est très chaleureuse,ainsi que son époux et sa fille Vanessa. La location est très confortable. Antonietta parle un peu le français et nous a donné des conseils pour visiter les points stratégiques.Nous en gardons de très bons souvenirs. Très bien (Maisonnette adjacente à la maison)

Nous étions dans la maisonnette adjacente à la maison principale dans le jardin privé. Elle a l'avantage d'être indépendante et l'intérieur est très agréable spacieux, calme, parking contre la maisonnette. La terrasse extérieure pour manger avait une belle vue sur la ville d'Orosei, . Le Centre ville est tout proche ( 5 minutes à pied) et c'est très agréable pour ressortir le soir. Trés bon accueil d'Antonietta avec qui nous avons eu plaisir de bavarder en français et pour ses informations sur les sites à visiter. C'est une très belle région de Sardaigne et une semaine c'etait trop court pour tout voir. A noter la maisonnette ne dispose pas de four et la terrasse est équipée avec une table et 2 bancs.

Abbiamo soggiornato dall'11 al 25 Settembre 2013 in questo appartamento: e' ESATTAMENTE come nelle foto, PULITISSIMO, ordinato, curato nei minimi dettagli. PERFETTO. Punto di partenza ottimale per visitare l'intero golfo ed oltre, l'appartamento domina l'abitato di Orosei, ed offre una visuale panoramica sul golfo, risultando fresco, arieggiato, di recente ristrutturazione e dotato di tutti i confort necessari, oltre che ubicato a breve distanza dall'animato centro del paese. La pulizia, la puntualita e precisione, oltre che la totale disponibilità della proprietà, nel rispondere ad ogni richiesta ed esigenza, hanno reso molto gradevole il soggiorno.

"Oltre la magnifica cornice esterna offerta dal paesaggio, la casa è molto confortevole e pulita. Ottima posizione, in una zona tranquilla con posto auto e allo stesso tempo vicina al centro. Ciò che la differenzia è indubbiamente la gentilezza dei proprietari, Antonietta, Graziano e Vanessa, che ci hanno offerto un’accoglienza familiare e ci hanno fornito preziose indicazioni sia nel consigliarci mete turistiche che nella scelta di prodotti tipici davvero “genuini”. L'appartamento è molto ca...

L'appartamento è molto carino e soprattutto molto molto molto pulito. Comodo il parcheggio e meravigliosa la vista su Orosei. La sera si può raggiungere il centro (chiuso al traffico) a piedi in un attimo. Lo consiglio vivamente e sicuramente ci tornerò!

"Alloggio conforme alla descrizione, pulitissimo, con attrezzatture e mobili nuovissimi. Mangiando cena in terrazza si gode di una vista stupenda sul paese di Orosei (molto molto carino) e sul golfo, pur essendo ad appena 5 minuti a piedi dal centro, che la sera si anima di bancarelle, locali e concerti. Disponibilissimi e molto cortesi i proprietari, che saluto. Una vacanza nel golfo di Orosei vi potrà regalare un mare meraviglioso."
