The apartment is located inside an ancient convent dating back to the 15th century and was completely renovated in 2019. The ceilings with the ancient vaults have been recovered so you can admire them in their total beauty, sitting on the sofa with a glass of good wine.

The apartment has a double bedroom, equipped with a walk-in wardrobe and a romantic room with a relaxing hydromassage tub, which you can use when returning from a day spent visiting the beauties of our lake. Then there is a living room with smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, coffee maker, etc.). The house is equipped with air conditioning, both in the sleeping area and in the living area. There is also a bathroom with shower, and a utility room with washer dryer. 
Notably, given the limited parking spaces in the center of Como, there is an included parking space available in the condominium courtyard, based on availability.
