"Villa El Olivo Menorca" completely renovated with great attention in 2022, including swimming pool and outdoor terrace
Located on the south coast of the island it is sheltered from the north wind; beaches and cliffs frame a turquoise sea just a few minutes' walk away
Staying there is an emotion that we wish to share.
This charming detached villa, recently purchased by an Italian couple in love with the island, is surrounded by a large garden and has a covered terrace accessible from the kitchen and the living room. Comfortably furnished and with sea view from the terrace of the master en-suite bedroom, it is situated in a safe residential area, without any passing cars and is accessible through an elegant private driveway.
The independent villa has a well-equipped kitchen, a living room and three bedrooms: a double room with an en-suite bathroom and sea-view balcony and two comfortable and bright double rooms which share a further spacious bathroom. There are thus a total of six comfortable beds and two spacious bathrooms.
A swimming pool, sun beds with pool towels, relax area and Wi-Fi complete the equipment of the house.

1100 m2 garden with beautiful palm trees, lawn, flower-beds, plants and an ancient olive tree in a big rosemary ring after which the house is named - “El Olivo”.

GROUND FLOOR
New kitchen fully equipped with hob/oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster; open plan dining area and breakfast bar. Dining table and chairs for 6. The dining room/kitchen has a large French window opening onto the covered terrace and offering a view of the swimming pool.
2 twin bedrooms, each with a wardrobe and sharing one bathroom with a large Italian shower and Bidet. Hairdryers in both bathrooms
Separate living room with mezzanine and furnished with 2 comfortable sofas, SMART TV, Wi-Fi (no extra costs) and wireless JBL outside loudspeakers
The living room has a large French window opening onto the covered terrace and offering a view of the swimming pool
Loft with master en-suite bedroom accessible from the living room
A large utility room, accessible from the kitchen and opening onto the back garden, with washing machine, large boiler for hot water, Ironing board and iron, a small ceramic sink with a built-in washing board

We do our best to make you feel at home in Villa el Olivo ! !
In the bathrooms you will find some bottles of best organic products for personal hygiene
Baby cribbed and high chair, beach and pool towels, guest slippers, small beach umbrella and safety equipment for the pool are available. This will allow you to travel lighter if you arrive by plane.
Our Property Manager, Ms Imma Ribalaiga (speaks English, French, Italian and Spanish) is available for check-in / check-out, questions and/or technical maintenance
The owners speak Italian, English, French, German, and a little bit Spanish (please ask the Property Manager for talking to Anna & Stefano)
Weekly cleaning
Swimming Pool cleaned twice a week
Clean linen and towels for the whole house are provided: bed linen, towels and pool towels included (1 set for each guest) (in the case of multiple full weeks including a weekly set)
Kitchen linen; 1 blanket for each bed (max 6)
Air conditioning (new) free of charge in all the bedrooms
Air conditioning (new) in the kitchen and in the living room but only on request (subject to an extra charge of 50,-EUR/week)
Wood-stove for the coolest months; the Wood-stove together with the heating of the air conditioning system allow to use the villa during the Winter and for the Christmas/Easter holidays.

SURROUNDINGS
Binisafua is a private, quiet and exclusive area; green spaces and some of the most beautiful beaches in Menorca are within walking distance of the villa.
The village of Binibeca Vell, the old fishing town with picturesque small white houses nestled into each other and a pleasant atmosphere with its restaurants and typical shops is located close to the villa and can also be reached on foot.
The famous Camí de Cavalls path, which surrounds Menorca, is 100 meters from the villa and is perfect for unforgettable walks, bike rides and horse rides along the beaches surrounded by nature.
Binisafua and Cap d'en Font are two of the most exclusive spots in Menorca. Here you will find only villas surrounded by greenery on one of the most beautiful jagged coastlines, with one of the most fascinating snorkelling spots and two small coves, Calo Blanc and Binisafua Playa, which are two little gems. These two resorts that are also popular with the Minorcans are very close to Mahon airport (about 4 km as the crow flies).
