The entire apartment, located on the second floor, has been equipped with new furniture and leaves nothing to be desired. The shutters can be operated electronically and transform this bright, light-flooded apartment into a cozy oasis of relaxation.

In the kitchen you will find various oils and spices, which guarantee you a successful cooking evening. A dishwasher is also available. If you are a tea or coffee lover, we have also provided a kettle including various types of tea and the coffee is also available. Of course, the toaster should not be missing for a successful breakfast. The kitchen is very open and connected directly to the living room and the balcony.

The balcony is large and covered. Due to its location and design, it is not exposed to the wind and you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner outside. So that nothing stands in the way, a small table with two chairs is available for use.

In summer there is access to the roof of the house on the same floor, to a large outdoor area, which is equipped with a lounge, barbecue and other facilities. That means relaxation at the highest level.

In just under 10 minutes on foot or by car/public transport in less than 3 minutes you are right in the middle of the action.

Lake Constance is nearby, around which there are impressive bike paths that you can ride with friends or on your own.

You can also hike very well and there are various bathing opportunities nearby in summer. The nearest ski area for a good winter sports experience is only an hour's drive from the apartment.

If you don't have a car, there is a very large community to fall back on. Download the Uber app and you'll be picked up within minutes. Public transport is also very well connected to the apartment.
