360 Estates welcomes you to our amazing island by offering this brand new APT in the centre of San Gwann. The apartment has been designed by a renowned designer in Malta and will give you a feel of a true local Place.
When entering the apartment our guests are treated with a lovely, spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a St Julians theme wallpaper.
The bedroom has also an amazing theme everything brand new and a COMFY double bed.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever!
Living area| Dining area with table and chairs and a massive area where our guests will have the perfect experience.
Beds| Amazing different theme bedroom has a double and super COMFY bed. For over and above 2 we will provide additional folding beds with linens, towels and pillows just like normal beds.
Bathroom| 1 Full bathrooms
Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.
NOTE: AC's are available throughout the apartment.

It is important to have Access to Airbnb messaging system, general issues best is to ask from there as it is where we can help you as fast as you deserve.
An utterly amazing lively area in the heart of San Gwann with Coffee Shops, Restaurants and convenience shops at a walking distance from the apartment.
This safe and local area is a special place to be it is central and close to everything.
The bus stop is at walking distance from the apartment, we also offer 24/7 taxi service through the messaging application of Airbnb.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
EXTRA NOTES:
Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes). If not please note additional cleaning may be charged depending on what we will find.
The toilet system locally is very effective, however if anything other than toilet paper it could result in clogging the system. If this happens charges for repairs will be occurred.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.
10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
