Cozy 3-bedroom apartment, located in a private residence with a swimming pool with a capacity for 7 people, its perfect location will allow you to spend fantastic holidays with family or friends. The apartment is located 200m from the beach, near Barcelona street where the main shops, restaurants are located, 15 minutes from the train station.

From the bus stops located near the apartment, you can reach different places of tourist interest such as Port-Aventura, Aquopolis, Barcelona, Tarragona, etc.

The apartment consists of:

-1 room with two single beds and wardrobe (2 people).

-1 room with a double bed, another single bed and wardrobe (3 people).

1 room with a single bed and wardrobe.

- Living room with sofa, table, chairs, climate and TV.

- Independent kitchen with all utensils, fridge, microwave, refrigerator, oven, toaster, cutlery.

- Community pool and another for children

- The wifi is optional for payment (5E day)

- Animals are not accepted

House's rules:

1º. We are available for any questions with the objective that you have a pleasant stay.

2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, (optional towels at €4 pax).

3rd. Entry from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: delivery of keys from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

Check-in time to the apartment: from 4:00 p.m. (if there is a guest leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 9:00 a.m.).

Departure time from the apartment: no later than 11 am

4º. When you leave, please leave the apartment in the same condition that you found it, the kitchen must be left in its place.

5th. Respect the rules of the community and the neighbors.

6º. It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.

7th. Tourist tax: €1.00 per person per night (only the first 7 nights are paid).
