Located in a newly refurbished building, our one-bedroom flat will provide you with an exceptional experience during your stay in this beautiful city. The building is located in one of the most famous pedestrian streets of Seville so you can visit all the points of interest on foot from the accommodation.

On the shared terrace that you will find on the top floor, not only will you enjoy the good weather in the outdoor furniture, you can also cool off in our small swimming pool and sunbathe on the sun loungers. ¡A perfect place to stay!

The location was amazing, right in the centre of Seville. There was everything you could possibly need in the apartment, including loads of towels, which was most welcome. Access to washing facilities and the clothes horse was an extra I didn't expect. The apartment was SPOTLESS and extremely comfortable and almost soundproof. The staff were very unobtrusive, but always greeted you with a smile and hello when you did meet them. The rooftop terrace and pool were perfect and always clean.

Excelente ubicación

El departamento en general muy bonito y de buen tamaño, sería conveniente aclarar al huésped, que las llaves de la regadera, del lavabo y fregadero están al reves. Tuvimos problemas con la cerradura de la puerta del departamento, en la del edificio no! Lo avise y quedaron de ir a cambiar las pilas pero no lo hicieron y dos veces tuvimos que llamar al número de emergencia para que nos abrieran de manera remota. La primera al llegar y otro al regresar ya tarde, eran aprox 23hrs. Afortunadamente el servicio de emergencia funciona.
