I would like to thank René for his visit, we do apologize for the inconveniences he had experienced at our house. Regarding the earlier check in, prior to his arrival I told the guest that it was not possible to make an earlier check in, we have our rules and it must be fallows by all guests, unless we have agreed upon with the guest other wise. I can understand René's upset because he has a check out from an other place the same day he had the check in on my house, apparently René was denied a late check out at his prior reservation, but he knew Way in advance that I couldn't get him an earlier check in, due to operational reasons. Even though the guest knew in advance y That we couldn't grant him with an earlier check in he arrived 2 hours earlier from the check in time and he has to wait until the lady with the key came, she came 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. It's not accurate his statement about the handles of the cupboard in the kitchen been sticking and dirty.
