    Comfort and Convenience

    The property is perfect and so convenient for bars and restaurants. Two flights of steps might be a problem for some people but the view is great when you are up there.

    November 2024 stay at Las Caracolas

    We stayed at Las Caracolas for 2 weeks at the end of November having stayed at other Mogan properties before. We found the accommodation to be very good with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the excellent views from the balcony. It is a stones throw from all the best restaurants and handy for the beach and the supermarket. Arrival and departure instructions were clear and even though we had no issues, we knew that Tino was on hand in case we needed anything, We aim to go back next year

    We had a wonderful time. We had a very warm welcome from Tino's mother. With fruit, wine and a lovely bottle of wine. Location was excellent and even better the weather at a temperature of between 27 and 32 was fantastic. šŸ˜Ž

    Puerto Morgan

    The apartment is located in the heart of the town and minutes to everything (beach, marina, restaurants, bars, stores, supermarkets etc.). It was clean and airy with a large deck that had sun from early morning to late afternoon. It came equipped with all amenities that could reasonably be expected.An underground parking garage is a couple hundred meters away and has parking available at a reasonable price.We enjoyed our stay and are happy to recommend the property.

    Just great

    Perfect accommodation, really only 2 mins to the beach. I was worried because someone left a review saying it's difficult to walk up hill. I was with my 80 year old father and he had no difficulties walking up the few stairs. Great terrace that had sun from 8.45am till 4pm (in December).

    Lovely apartment, well equipped and in a quiet location just 5 mins walk from the beach. The apartment is accessed via steep steps which may not make it suitable for everyone but we loved it. Just one small communication issue. The owner didn't send check in instructions until prompted then offered an airport transfer but changed it to a taxi transfer at the last minute. The taxi was then late arriving. We loved the apartment and it's great location.

    Fantastische plek en heerlijk appartement

    Bij aankomst werden we opgewacht door Carmen, de moeder van Tino, naar het appartement gebracht waar een heerlijk flesje wijn voor ons stond en een gevulde fruitschaal. Wij zaten op de bovenste verdieping, mooi appartement en volledig ingericht. Groot balkon en om deze tijd van het jaar ( eind oktober) heb je de zon tot 17 uur. Goede bedden wat voor mij ook belangrijk is. 1x per week komt Carmen de bedden verschonen en de fruitschaal weer vullenšŸ˜‰ ik als fruit liefhebber was daar heel blij mee. Mango's, drakenfruit en sinaasappel. Er is ook een wasmachine, wat ik echt een plus vind. Nog geen 5 minuten van het strand, waar je bedden met parasol kan huren. We hebben ook prachtig weer gehad, tussen de 24 en 31 graden! We komen hier zeker terug! Dank je wel Carmen & Tino

    Over a 100 shops and restaurant within 5 minutes, beach is really nice, food is great, only issue is is over 60 years difficult going up the steps.

    Perfect Place

    We stayed at Tino's place at the end of Jan 2022. Its perfectly positioned for Puerto de Mogan, being only a couple of minutes walk into the Marina or Beach. It is the top floor apartment, so great views down towards the marina. As its about 100m from marina it is very quiet at night. The terrace is great with a dining table and 4 chairs, plus 2 sun loungers. It also has a remote control sun shade. At this time of year we kept the sun till about 4pm before it went behind the hill behind the apartment. The only point that I would make (not a problem for us) is that to access the apartment you need to go up a steep hill/stairs for about 20m which could be an issue for the elderly etc.. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks again Tino for a great stay.

    A fantastic base for exploring the coast

    We stayed for a week in apartment 1C. There were 3 adults in our party and the apartment was spacious, comfortable and offered every amenity e.g. free WiFi. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the terrace with its views of the mountain and out to sea. It is certainly excellent value for money considering itā€™s close proximity to the harbour and beach areas. The only drawback is that the TV did not have any English satellite channels....not that youā€™d want to spend much time watching it but itā€™s worth noting. The delightful village of Puerto de Mogan is just a couple of minutes away and we thoroughly enjoyed eating out in the harbour area each evening-choosing from a mouth watering selection of restaurants. Check out the boat trips and ferries from the harbour. We loved the 4 hour catamaran trip and took the ferry to Puerto Rico and Anfi for a change of scenery. Puerto de Mogan has a market each Friday, so if you like this kind of thing then itā€™s well worth browsing the stalls. But be warned, shoppers descend onto the village in their masses and so it is a VERY busy day!

    Lovely flat in great location

    We stayed for a week in late Jan. The flat is pretty central - 5 mins from the port, the beach and all the main restaurants and bars. It is fully kitted out if you want to cook but Puerto de Mogan has so many lovely restaurants we didn't feel the need to use the facilities. The flat has a good wide balcony with table & chairs but also space to put up a couple of recliners - perfect to sit under the awning and read a book or have a relaxing drink. The owners were really friendly - meeting on arrival and ensuring we settled in okay. And the flat has been nicely furnished - making it an enjoyable space to relax in. In summary, a good flat to base yourself for a relaxing time in Puerto de Mogan. The town is smaller and more accessible than some of the bigger resorts in Gran Canaria. It is perfect for a relaxing break and in our case to escape the first snows of winter. Very enjoyable break.

    Sentralt. Kort vei til strand og shopping. Hyggelig vertskap. Velutstyrt kjĆøkken. God skapplass.

    Tino besvarte alle henvendelser raskt og positivt. I Puerto Mogan ble vi mĆøtt av et hyggelig vertskap som bar bagasjen opp i leiligheten. De hadde satt frem vann, frukt og vin. Leiligheten er velutstyrt og svƦrt ren. Det er godt med skapplass pĆ„ soverommene. Stor terrasse med bord og stoler til 4. Leiligheten er bedre i virkeligheten enn det den fremstĆ„r som pĆ„ bildene. Vi bodde i leilighet 1c.
