Poor communication

This was a low in our 5 stop Europe trip. We drove do the location only to find out the street address (number) was not in the check in instructions. We waited an hour to have the host give us the apartment number. After checking in, I decided to call the owner to ask a few questions and to get the WiFi, as it was not in the check-in instructions. I was very courteous, but the host hung up on me after he said he could not help us with our needs for the accommodations. The apartment was dirty, and infested with moths and some spider webs. The sofa was filthy. On the check out day, the cleaner showed up an hour early and told us we were supposed to be out. The host also messaged us and told us our check-out was one hour earlier than the published time.

This is a lovely location having liver here myself for some Years - You would not know it was here lovely and quiet but also having great links into Snow-Hill Birmingham via Train station literally 5 mins walk away - Great shops over the road boasting Chip Shop - Indian Take Away Cafe Sainsburys Extra and a Chinese Take Away - 5 Mins drove from Shirley Solihull 10 Mins - NEC and Birmingham c 20-30 Mins away
