Lovely quirky cotswold cottage (Old Telephone Exchange)

Exchange Cottage has been thoughtfully renovated keeping many reminders of it's past. It comfortably sleeps 4 people with two bedrooms; a downstairs super king or a lovely bright king bedroom on the top floor which can be made into a twin on request. Both bedrooms are en-suite with a large p shaped bath on the first floor. Plenty of storage space. There is a downstairs toilet. The main living area is very comfortable for four people with a dining table, lounge seating, TV and log burner. The kitchen is compact but very functional and well equipped. Outside, there is a courtyard with seating outside dining. The property is enclosed with a fence. Parking for 2 cars on the drive too.

Wonderful centrally located cottage. The space has been designed so that is feels so much bigger than we expected. We loved being able to walk to a couple of pubs in the town and exceptional coffee shop.

Lovely cottage and great location

Well equipped and most comfortable beds , showers amazing instantly hot and powerful , loved the bedroom and ensuite on 1st floor.

Wonderful stay

A lovely cottage that has everything you need and well placed for visiting the area. The local pub Wheatsheaf is great for food and local shops too. Breakfast at the Prison is a must. Great communication with Lorna and Genna and very helpful with places recommended for a visit. Would recommend.

Perfect location, perfect property.

Easy access from M5, good parking, the house was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. We loved the Northleach - it’s very picturesque. We would certainly stay again.

The cutest Cotswold cottage

This cottage was perfect for our stay. The hosts have really kept this property up with modern features and tons of charm. The only thing better than the accommodations was the town. Met the sweetest locals and had our fill of good food and drinks. We will absolutely be coming back to stay!

Fantastic stay. Everything was amazing. Traveled with husband, teenage son and our dog. Perfect location, shop and pub close by and other areas in easy reach. Will definitely return for another visit xx

Lovely little home in a quaint village

We loved the cottage and location. We ate at a couple of the pubs in town and visited the general store. It was like stepping into a postcard.

Perfect quirky cottage in a lovely village

This is our second stay here and we came to tour the Cotswolds. The cottage is perfect and has everything you need, the village has a lovely restaurant within east walking distance and it is located within easy reach of visiting other local villages and towns. So much history and beautiful buildings and sights to see!

Beautiful cottage

This was our second stay at this cottage, a home from home, it had everything you needed for a comfortable, happy time away. The village is very beautiful with lots of amenities, spectacular church, and it position in the cotswolds makes it near lots of places of interest to visit. Lovely place.

Delightful weekend in the Cotswolds

The property was clean and comfortable. It was nicely outfitted and it was great to have the washer and dryer. Plenty of hot water, it is the perfect location for exploring the Cotswolds. Northleach we found to be a delightful village. Stay there, it was great.

I want to live here!

Very central to various places in the Cotswolds but such a joy to return to and to get up in each morning. Everything was there that we needed and I enjoyed the outside space to sit and read a bit and to dry some laundry. So bright and airy, roomy….we just loved Exchange Cottage and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Cottage

Everything was perfect at this cottage, it made a special weekend away with my daughter extra special. I could not fault the cottage at all, well equipped with everything you could need, a home from home. Location was great, the village was lovely. Really loved it.
