The living room and kitchen open onto a large private terrace overlooking a peaceful courtyard garden by the Onyar River — the perfect spot to enjoy the morning sun and a quiet moment outdoors. Recently renovated with great attention to detail and quality, this elegant apartment combines classic charm with modern comfort. It is on the first floor (entresol, as they say in Catalonia) of a historic building with a wide and elegant staircase. The apartment features two spacious bedrooms and two beautifully designed bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with high-quality finishes, shower, sink and toilet. The second bedroom also has a double bed that can be separated into two single beds. The bright living room includes a comfortable sofa and wide-screen TV, and the large, fully equipped kitchen has a dining table for six. Both rooms open onto the sunny terrace, where you’ll find a laundry room with washing machine. Stylish, serene and perfectly located, Bravissimo Plaça de la Independència, Garden View is your ideal home base in Girona.

It was a very spacious and clean apartment with a nice balcony. There are a lot of shops and restaurants as you go out of the apartment in walking distance. You’re in the heart of the old town. However the apartment was very limited with their supplies. They only left 2 gel cubes for the dishwasher, 1 small paper towel and no ziplocks no aluminum foils and etc. But it’s a very nicely done apartment.

Just perfect!

This apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures. It is gorgeous, spacious, modern with old character features, spotless and so convenient to everything. The patio faces out to the river and the famous Onyar painted houses. The bedrooms face the street but it is not overly noisy due to minimal traffic and being surrounded by stores rather than restaurants on that street. The apt is less than 1/2 a block from the Placa Independencia and an easy walk anywhere in the old town. We want to live in this apartment! Bravissimo was easy to contact via What’s App and met us at the apartment as we arrived. We didn’t need any help or have any issues throughout our 5 day stay, but nice to know they were closeby and available. We will definitely stay here again!

The Propert rear terrace overlooks the old town, making drinks on the terrace charming and relaxing. The facilities are fantastic. Top end appliances. Two very large bedrooms both huge and a bed with amazing pillows that gave you a great sleep. Despite being right on a shopping street, and a major square the shutters blocked out the noise and was peaceful. The access to both was great. Perfect location. We booked the car park through Bravissimo and it’s close to the apartment. We dropped our bags off at the start of our street and one of us stayed with the bags whilst the other parked the car. Liam met us at the door and showed us around. The apartment is on the second floor, no lifts but not difficult to take baggage up two wide flights of stairs. Supermarket around corner. Great washing machine. Two beautiful bathrooms
