The space
Villa Masia De L'Avi is located in a large plot of over 10,000 sq meters and is totally secluded and private. It has truly stunning open panoramic views down the valley and across the olive groves to the sea. The grounds feature mature planted fruit and palm trees and there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the tranquillity and scenery. Its a perfect place for families too with a 9 meter infinity pool to play in .
The pool has a shallow end and walk in steps for younger guests. The deep end is 2 meters deep and perfect for swimming or relaxing.
Indoors there are 4 bedrooms, two with double beds and two twin rooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite with shower and bath. There are also two other bathrooms with showers and large bath. In addition to the beds we have a cot for infant guests, which is located in the master bedroom.

The kitchen and utility rooms are fully equipped with oven & hob fridge, freezers, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area seats 8 with a large table and there is an amplifier to connect your mp3 player and TV. The upstairs lounge has a streaming smart flat screenTV and Sony Playstation.

The roof terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the sunsets which are often spectacular and then do some stargazing while enjoying a glass of your favourite wine.
Guest access
Guests have access to everything on the land and villa including the pool and gardens which include plum, orange & lemon trees - perfect for slicing into a G&T
Other things to note
The villa has broadband and free unlimited wifi is available at no charge. We also provide a streaming TV service, Netflix and there are DVDs and Blu rays for your entertainment.
