Garden Villa enjoy a magnificent combined sea, mountain and valley view of Agia Efimia.Are ideal for families and couples.Since the villas are all facing towards the south, they all enjoy sunshine the whole day through. The four maisonette villas are all detached and they all enjoy the privacy you would expect. The villas are surrounded by colourful gardens with sunbeds,where you can sunbathe, and attractive plants. Each villa provides its own parking space.Garden Villas provide also a shared sunny swimming pool with a lovely view. The village also has all the amenities you might require throughout your holiday. A short walk (200m) from the villas can drive you to the beautiful beaches and the attractive and popular hardour of Agia Efimia,where most of the tavernas are situated. The Garden Villas are therefore a perfect location for your holiday in Kefalonia. Garden villa has been approved and licensed by the greek tourism organisation

Eine sehr großzügige Ferienwohnung mit allen, was man braucht. Schöne Aussicht, bequeme Betten, reichlich Kissen, zwei Badezimmer und …Stavros und Antonia waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung wurde täglich gereinigt und alle drei Tage wurden Bettbezüge und Tücher gewechselt. Super Service. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Vielen herzlichen Dank

Stunning villa - perfect location

We loved our stay at Garden Villas. Our hosts were very welcoming and couldn’t be more helpful. Villa was clean and well equipped - towels and bedding changed frequently during our stay, bins emptied daily. Fabulous views from the balconies. Quiet location but only a few minutes to the harbour with a choice of bars and restaurants. Agia Effimia is a great location for getting around the island and isn’t too busy. We couldn’t fault anything and wished we could have stayed longer. Am sure we will return.

Garden Villa get away

Lovely experience from start to finish. The property was in a great location with stunning views. Cleaned to a very high standard everyday. Stavros was very friendly & always available. Would definitely go back again

Wonderful stay at Garden Villa

We stayed at one of the Garden Villa houses owned by Stavros in Agia Efimia on Kefalonia Island. The house is located a 5 minute walk to the charming village on the bay with a beautiful view of the water and mountains in the distance. Agia Efimia is a small town catering to tourists with an assortment of restaurants and cafes as well as boats that can take you on excursions to nearby Ithaca. Stavros was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any issues that might crop up. The house is comfortable and we enjoyed our stay immensely. My only heads up to anybody renting this property is that nothing was provided in terms of even hand soap. So if you plan to stay here either bring any necessities you might need or check with Stavros what he is willing to provide.

Lovely property, really good location.

Stavros was very welcoming. It was great to have milk and bread on arrival. The wine was a great touch! Very easy to communicate with him. Would have been great to have a little information booklet in the villa with local places to go and see. Would highly recommend though.

A lovely villa, beautiful location and views and fantastically clean!

We had a great time here. The villas are very near everything and are spotlessly clean. It was great to have a pool and the views from the balconies were beautiful. The hosts were very friendly and helpful too. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastico

La villa è veramente curata nei minimi dettagli, non manca niente: anche la cucina è fornita di utensili, microonde e tutto quello che serve per cucinare. I bagni sono molto belli e funzionali, lo spazio esterno è molto gradevole e si può godere di una fantastica vista sul paese. Stavros e la signora Heleni sono persone gentilissime e disponibili, premurose , all'arrivo abbiamo trovato in frigorifero bevande e cibo. La casa viene pulita quotidianamente e noi siamo stati felicissimi di aver soggiornato qui! Ci rivedremo sicuramente! Cristina e famiglia

Fantastic villa in great location

We had a fabulous week at Garden Villas - they were just as described -and some- with daily cleaning from the lovely Helen. Stavros was a pleasure to deal with. The villas are in a great central location with a short stroll to all the amenities and a choice of 10 or 12 tavernas to eat in. They are also well placed in the centre of the island if you have a car (recommended) and want to explore like we did. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic holiday

My husband and I had a lovely time in Kefalonia and loved staying at the garden villas. It’s perfect size for 2 people. We loved how close it was to the town, enjoyed the swimming pool each day and breakfast on the balcony. We’ve recommended to all our friends and family.

Beautiful villa

A great, clean place just a short 5-10 minute walk to the marina, shops restaurants. Having a 2nd bathroom with shower was perfect for our family of 4. Highly recommend.

Casa perfetta, ottima posizione

la casa è veramente molto bella, le pulizie vengono effettuate tutti i giorni sembra quasi di stare in hotel. Dispone di un piccolo prato e una piscina per momenti di relax assoluto. La vista mare completa la bellezza di questo posto, incastonato tra le montagne di Agia Efimia. La posizione è ottima essendo nella parte centrale dell'isola, cosi da poter raggiungere in poco tempo tutte le migliori spiagge dell'isola. Torneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno. Grazie di cuore

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable villa - beautiful views, town and port within close walking distance. Balcony both upstairs and downstairs. Clean and had everything we needed including a welcome pack on arrival with a bottle of rose wine! Definitely property.

Wonderful villas in a beautiful location!

We had a fantastic holiday at Garden Villas. They were spacious, clean and well equipped. Stavros and all the staff we met were friendly and very welcoming. The villas were spotlessly clean and the gardens and pool beautiful, with impressive views over the mountains. Kefalonia is a beautiful island and Agia Efimia has everything you need, without being too touristy. In a great location for exploring the whole island however, in our opinion, the north of Kefalonia is the most beautiful part.

Just where you want to be

Accommodation is same as the photos shown. So close to town with a lovely view. Close to walk to all the restaurants. Was perfect for us. Host was most welcoming. Loved our time here.

Garden villas were ideal for my stay . Very clean with everything I needed to enjoy a wonderful holiday. Nothing was too much trouble from the owner if I needed anything extra Location of villas was excellent just a few minutes from village. Linen and towels changed every three days and bathrooms cleaned every day . No hesitation to re book another year

lovely villa close to the centre

We were in 1 of the 5 garden villa's set on the edge of A.Efimia. The villa was well equipped and kept spotlessly clean. We had 2 good size balconies with pleasant mountain and sea views and a grassed area to sunbathe.

We had an amazing holiday in Cephalonia. Really happy to have found Garden Villas. It's located in a more quieter village and central to most of the places we visited. We found the local business owners friendly and helpful. Stavros and his family were amazingly accommodating and managed the properties exceptionally. I would highly recommend Garden Villas and would not hesitate to return. Thank you Stavros & Antonia.

Stayed a week in the Garden Villas which were situated in one of the most beautiful parts of Kefalonia. The villa was spotlessly clean, regular clean towels and bedlinen changed mid week, and the owner Stavros was, at all times, eager to see we had a good holiday. Nothing was too much for him if there were any problems,which there were none,unless you call a broken kettle a problem. As soon as I mentioned it a replacement was there. It took a matter of minutes to go down to the village where everyone was friendly,from the corner cafe to the local supermarket. The villas has lovely little gardens where you could lay out on the provided sunbeds soaking up the Greek sunshine and the pool was maintained to a very high standard and was lovely to swim in. I will certainly return and would not hesitate to highly recommend these excellent holiday homes.

Beautiful Spacious villa

Excellent villa set in a beautiful position with views over the bay and up into the mountains. The villa was spacious, clean with plenty of facilities and beautiful gardens. Maid service daily and bed linen changed mid week along with the towels. Set just five minutes walk down into the centre but well position for visiting the many attractions on the island with wonderful views especially on the roads which treaded their way through the mountain passes and along the high coast roads. Stavros was very attentive and, whilst watering the gardens daily, always checked to ensure that everything was in order (and perfect), which it always was. Garden Villas

Stayed here for a week on 5h June 2014 with my mother & my friend had the villa next door. There are 5 detached houses which are fabulous for the 540 euros we paid for our week. Spotless & very well maintained, as are the outside areas & gardens. The cleaner came every day to empty bins, make beds & do a quick clean. The views are wonderful! Beautiful mountain views in front of the villas & a fabulous sea view to the left. It was a 5 minute walk to the village of Agia Efimia & the lovely harbour albeit quite hilly on the way back to the villas. The owner - Stavros was lovely. Very attentive if & when needed. Nothing was too much trouble. He gave us his phone number so we could contact him at any time if need be. This was my 9th trip to Agia Efimia & these villas are amongst the best I have stayed in & I will definitely return in the next year or so.
