Apartment in Levante beach, Benidorm, recently renovated has 1 bedroom and has capacity for 4 people.

The apartment is cozy, is very light, and is 60 m². It has parcial sea views and to the city.



The accommodation is equipped with the following items: lift, fenced garden, 15 m² terrace, iron, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), hair dryer, heat pump, air conditioning throughout the house, 2 TVs (Main Smart TV).

In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.



-Check-in its done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterraneo 66, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

-Credit/debit card details, will be required as damage deposit, or 200€ instead.

-Check-in from 16:30h (High season from 18:00h)

-Check-out before 11:00h

Stayed for the Fiesta, late check in - easy access once keys collected and all went great

Location was great, albeit a little noisy but suited us Nothing really Try and do a google maps link for the key collection but the guys were great ( if no link just advise it is opposite the casino)

Excellent location,nice apartment

Excellent location,comfortable accommodation,large balcony a real bonus No cleaning of the communal areas,someone had vomitted on the stairs and it wasn’t cleaned.didnt really affect us till the lift was broken for 2 days

Great place as usual

as always a great place to stay not a dislike.just be nice to have a long mirror on the wall behind bathroom and maybe an air fryer as no oven, but that just our prefences

Excellent location and value for money

Perfect location, everything we needed was in the property, easy check in/check out, the most powerful shower I’ve ever experienced although there were 4 of us and the hot water got cooler towards the last person to shower. I stayed in this building before but a different apartment. Is a little noisy at night but I’m a heavy sleeper so was fine. TV had all English channels and wifi was good.

The apartment is clean, spacious and modern with a huge balcony overlooking the main strip. It can be noisy at night so not for people looking for a quiet holiday. Check in was fab and all communication pre and post trip all satisfactory. Bit of a walk from the booking office but had already prepared for this. Be better if the key can be left in the apartment on check out rather than having to walk all the way back.

Perfectly positioned for our needs. Plenty of space for 3 x adults One of the wicker chairs on the balcony was broken and some metal edging on a worktop had come off!! I messaged the booking agents. Had no reply!!
