Stunning apartment in the heart of Madrid. Facing outsite but quiet, centrally located flat with 100% natural sunlight. Near every local point of interest (both cultural and leisure spots). Leaving the flat you will run straight into de hustle and bustle of Madrid. Going in, you are guaranteed to enjoy peace and quiet. It also has a cossy terrace.



The apartment consists of a living/dining room, an open-plan kitchen, an en-suite bedroom with a double bed and also two bedrooms more, one of them with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. In addition, one bathroom more completes the space.

•⁠ ⁠This property is offered exclusively under a seasonal rental agreement in accordance with Article 3 of the Spanish Urban Leases Act (Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos) and is intended solely to meet temporary accommodation needs. Reservations must be based on a duly justified temporary purpose, such as work, professional, academic, educational, medical, healthcare, family-related reasons, or any other temporary need other than the tenant's habitual residence. The availability of the property is also subject to the owner's own use during certain periods. We loved this updated property. It had everything we needed and more. Was very clean, plenty of dishes and kitchen things needed. Location was good as well. We would definitely there again.

Accurately described but a few improvements needed

Apartment is efficiently-designed and tastefully appointed. Photos are true to reality. It's on a quiet side street with only a 2-minute walk to the Sunday El Rastro flea market, 10-minute walk to Plaza Mayor and plenty of dining and transportation options. However, check-in was complicated (the link to access the building didn't work) and both the washing machine and dishwasher smelled of mildew and badly need to be disinfected. The washing machine did not work well at all and we were left with smelly, sopping wet clothes. Having said that, the rest of the apartment was very clean. There was shampoo, conditioner and soap in the two bathrooms but in the kitchen, there was no sugar, salt, pepper or coffee.

At that time, the city was experiencing a waste collection strike that lasted about a week. It was an uncomfortable situation for both visitors and locals alike, although unfortunately, it is completely beyond our control and unrelated to the accommodation.
