Nestled on the border between the famous provinces of Florence, Lucca, and Pisa, this conveniently located holiday villa with an impressive 9000m2 garden is ideal to relax as well as explore the best tourist towns of Tuscany. The 2-level villa has 4 bedrooms to accommodate up to 7 guests and is especially suitable for large families.

Outside, underneath the glorious Tuscan sun, there is a private pool with sun-loungers and a large loggia with a wood-fired oven as well as open-air dining to create the perfect summertime experience. The equipped gazebo, amenities like foosball and the playground in the fenced garden add to the relaxation that each and every member of the group will experience here. Inside, on the ground floor, is a cosy and comfortable living/dining room with a fireplace, SAT TV, DVD, mini stereo and access to the loggia. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, oven, drip coffee machine and fridge with freezer. The first floor has all the bedrooms and its hall is air-conditioned for the year-round comfort of guests.

A tourist tax of € 1/day/person, until 5 days is to be paid on the spot. Up to 14 years old are exempt.
Gas for heating if necessary because of the climate has to be paid on the site based on consumption at €10/day.

Please note: Check-in time is between 4 pm-8 pm and checkout-out time is between 8 am-10 am. Special check-in/out requests can be considered. Air-conditioning is available only in the corridor on the first floor.

The holiday villa is in a delightfully peaceful and green zone, on the edges of a forest from where you can enjoy the best of Tuscany in less than an hour’s drive. The closest restaurant, grocery shop and bus stop are all within 10-15 minutes of walking distance. The city of Fucecchio is a 15-minute drive from here, while, Montecatini Terme (golf) and Monsummano thermal baths are less than half an hour away. The art city of Lucca, Pisa, and Florence are about 45 minutes to 1 hour\'s driving distance from here. For those who wish to enjoy the sun, sand and the sea of the Tuscan Coast are located just 45 minutes away from seaside resorts like Viareggio, Marina di Pisa, Forte dei Marmi and the famous Marina di Pietrasanta.

The nearest airports are Florence and Pisa, both approximately 50 minutes drive from this holiday stay in Tuscany.
