La Mouette is a stunning, recently renovated Brixham town house with views from all floors.

La-Mouette is a recently renovated Brixham town house within walking distance of the town and 3 beaches. Enjoy two terraces for relaxing /dining with lovely sea and harbour views. Views are also enjoyed by all the rooms at the back of the house. Watch the boats, the sea, spot seals and occasional dolphins, all from the comfort of a stylishly renovated property with all modern conveniences. A rarity for Brixham, parking is included directly opposite the house, and a garden!

Town house over 4 floors, beautifully renovated.

Street level- lounge with TV. French doors open onto a balcony with sea and harbour views

Lower ground floor - kitchen with microwave, hob, oven and fridge freezer
Utility - dishwasher, washing machine, drier
Kitchen opens onto the dining room with a dining table that seats 8. TV.
Cloakroom with W/C and basin
Patio doors open onto a terrace with magnificent views. An outside table and 8 chairs, perfect for dining.
To the right, outside steps lead down to a second terrace to further maximise the views.

First floor - main bathroom with shower and bath, heated towel rail and heated flooring,
Bedroom 1- Kingsize with patio doors and Juliette balcony, wardrobe, chest of drawers and ottoman
Bedroom 2 - overlooking gardens. flexible zip and link bed either 2 singles or a superking size. Wardrobe, chest of drawers

Upstairs to the top floor;
Bedroom 3 - zip and link bed either two singles or a superking. Open wardrobe. Door opens to a balcony overlooking gardens
Bedroom 4 - Master superking bed. Door opens to a balcony running the width of the top floor. Ensuite with shower. TV

Across the road directly opposite the house is a driveway with room for 2-3 cars and a large garden which gets the evening sun

Overall its a good location

La Mouette is only a short walk to the harbour. It has great views, lovely sunrise in the mornings and it has all what you need as well.

Our stay in La Mouette was lovely. The house was well equipped and as always the views is absolutely breathtaking. The beds were comfy and the house was clean.

We had a great week in this lovely spacious and well-appointed property. Its best features include the three balconies / terraces that overlook the harbour below. We spent a lot of time watching the comings and goings of boats, people and seals below us. The fishing operation is 24/7 so there are always things going on. The terrace catches the morning sun and is a great place for breakfast when the weather is good.

Lovely stay in La Mouette

La Mouette is a lovely house. It had everything you needed,just like home from home, there was plenty of space in the house as well.The views from the house was fantastic and looking down onto Brixham harbour and also a short walk into the town from the house. We would definitely go back to La Mouette .

Such a lovely place

The house was lovely, clean, well equipped through out , just like being from home to home. It over looks onto lovely Brixham harbour and the beautiful scenery beyond. You can walk down to Brixham from the house. We will definitely be coming back to the house hopefully soon.

Beautiful View

I sat all week looking at the view, and this is a beautiful house! It is up a step hill from the harbour but most of Brixham is up hill any way, so it was not a problem for us. Great to have parking too. Had to rewash some of the glasses and cutlery but other than that it was very clean.

Excellent House

The house is in an excellent position, it provides everything that you could possibly need a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, towels etc. The only one point I would make is that as the back overlooks the amazing harbor view but it can be quite bright for sleeping would recommend putting some Blackout curtains in all the bedrooms but overall 100% recommend this property.

Comfortable house with fab views

A very comfortable house with stunning views over the sea and harbour . An excellent place to watch the boats coming and going ! It was fully equipped with comfy beds and clean . We could walk into town - lots of steps to keep us fit ! Altogether an enjoyable stay with the family . Just one minor point - in cold weather the lower ground kitchen was a bit chilly but it was February !

Beautiful House, Stunning Views

We stayed in the house for a week and it was beautiful. The house is very well decorated and stocked with everything you'd need for a holiday. We particularly enjoyed the dining sets that allowed our family of eight to eat together, both at the table outside and inside. The views from the back of the house were breathtaking and probably the thing I'll miss the most. The house is a short walk away from Brixham so perfect for a wander round the marina!

Stunning home with amazing views

Beautiful home. Well equipped for the 4 adults and 2 children in our party ( some spare toilet rolls would have been helpful as 1 per toilet only ) Fantastic location ( walking into the harbour easier than walking back !) but the views from every floor make it worth it ! Great to have 2 generous parking spaces which is rare in Brixham . Added bonus of a lawned garden ( we didn’t use it as preferred to sit on one of the terraces or balconies to take in the breathtaking sea and harbour views …. But would be great if you take a pooch !) Hard to find views like this … even from the bathrooms ! Loved it

Fabulous stay with a small disappointment

This is beautiful accommodation with stunning views from every room at the back of the house. Everything provided in the house was spot on. Unfortunately I have one disappointment which stops it getting 10 out of 10 across the board. On the sheets in the 2nd floor back double bedroom there was a brown stain & a hairs in the bed. I would have expected housekeeping to have picked this up when making the bed up. Shame. One other thing with 8 people staying another bathroom would be good but obviously this is known before booking.

Gorgeous views, lovely break

The house is absolutely lovely, although could do with a proper spring clean. The kitchen is full equipped with everything you need. No need to take anything at all. The beds are comfortable with nice pillows. Good TVs with all you need. Take your login details for the apps though. Location is great and the views amazing. Absolutely beautiful. There are 4 levels so not great for anyone with mobility issues and the kitchen is on the bottom floor with a great terrace to enjoy the views. You can then access another terrace down some steps from that terrace. A hot tub down there would be fantastic and would add the property no end. The other three floors have balconies. The hills are really really steep to get down to the harbour so be warned. My mobility scooter blew up and couldn't make it back up haha. Overall an absolutely wonderful property and with great customer service from the agents too. Cassie in particular was brilliant. A must book. :)
