2-BEDROOM APARTMENT WITH ROOFTOP POOL TERRACE
Conveniently located in the Village Marina complex, on the Ria Formosa front and at the heart of Olhão, this modern 2-bedroom apartment is minutes away from water-taxis departing for Olhão's famous island with white-sand and crystal-clear water beaches. The nearby open air Market and the waterfront restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood purchased that morning from returning local fishermen, are just some of the great facilities that can be found in this neighbourhood. A rooftop pool terrace affords magnificent views of the Natural Park of the Ria Formosa and it's incredible and unique lagoon.
Very comfortable and beautifully furnished and decorated, the apartment sleeps 6 people (maximum 4 adults + 2 children), has a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and a very spacious and bright living / dining area which opens onto a covered terrace with outdoor sofas and a dining table and chairs for six. Here is the perfect place for you to relax and savour great meals alfresco.
The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds, and a second bathroom is located in the hall outside the second bedroom. The sofa opens into a sofa-bed suitable for two children.
With an eastward orientation, the apartment offers a balcony with great morning sun exposure and is the perfect place for you to enjoy the tranquil surroundings of the Village Marina. It is ideal for year-round occupation.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided free of charge, as well as International TV channels and wifi.
The departure cleaning service on the amount of €80,00 is mandatory and will be charged on arrival in cash.
Beach / pool towels are provided at a surcharge of €6,00 each and payment in cash is due on arrival.
The city tax on the amount of €2,00 per person, per night (max of 5 nights) is due on arrival in cash.
It is equipped with air conditioning for hot summer days and heating for cool winter evenings.
The apartment is on the fourth floor and is accessible by elevator or by stairs.
Parking is available inside the Village Marina complex, in front of the apartment's block entrance. However, because of this property's central location, a car is not necessary for an enjoyable stay.
