Villa Nurki, with 3 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms, is detached and air-conditioned. An ideal accommodation for those who want to spend a holiday in the regenerating nature of the pine forest. Walk to Cala Verde beach and rest in the shade of the spacious covered veranda. Smart TV and Free unlimited Wi-Fi, parking space in the courtyard for multiple vehicles. A short distance from the beaches of Chia and the village of Pula.

The detached villa is surrounded on all sides by a large courtyard shaded by the pine forest. The spaces on the ground floor are: the air-conditioned living room with the dining area, the equipped independent kitchen, a small laundry room, one bedroom and the 1st complete bathroom. A flight of stairs will lead you to the 1st floor where the other two bedrooms and the 2nd complete bathroom are located. Hot and cold air conditioning is available both in the living room and in all bedrooms. On the ground floor via Split units, on the 1st floor via ducted air conditioning.

The Area: Inside the condominium, traffic is reduced to very few cars; the hedges, the shade of the pines, and the sea breeze 300 meters as the crow flies from the house, create a climate of serenity and peace. With a short car ride, you reach Pula, a lively village where we recommend you spend a few evenings of your holiday and where you can find all useful services. The historic center is pedestrian, with many shops and good restaurants. The renowned Forte Village Resort is also located 1.5 km from the house, and the beautiful beaches of Chia can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

Guest Access.Guests have access to the entire villa except for the basement. Two pieces of furniture in the house are kept for private use. Guests do not share spaces and enjoy the property exclusively. The garden and external areas are periodically visited by service personnel.
