Villa Sunset Grusi is located in Briševo near Zadar. Although the place is located only 10 km from Zadar, thus enabling the proximity of all important amenities, it is also far enough to provide you with an escape from the noise and bustle of the city where peace and quiet are guaranteed.
Villa Sunset Grusi is a newly built, fully air-conditioned and modernly decorated villa whose design and eye for detail will surely leave you breathless. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, which are spread over two floors. On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful dining room and a living room where the whole family can be comfortably accommodated. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor, as well as a room with a large double bed and a private bathroom, equipped with air conditioning and television. Upstairs there is another bathroom and 3 rooms with large double beds, each of which has air conditioning and television, and one room has a private bathroom. In addition to the beautiful bedrooms, there is also a large terrace with a Jacuzzi on the first floor, and space for drinking morning coffee or perhaps evening cocktails. The terrace is connected by spiral stairs to the courtyard of the house, so the house has a circular flow.
