The large lounge benefits from patio doors leading into a full-width conservatory overlooking the estuary. The conservatory doors open on to the lawns. The main bedroom overlooks the river and across to Dartmouth and has an en-suite with a corner bath.
This apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay, including linen and towels, a travel cot is available however please bring your own bedding for this.
The kitchen comes complete with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and a good range of utensils and cleaning products.
Whilst staying at Kingswear Park, you have access to the pool building, including indoor pool (with resistance jet), sauna, spa, small gym as well as the other onsite activities. Be sure to explore the 5 acres of grounds as there are some truly special views to be appreciated.
