A luxury hideaway next to the river with a covered terrace where you can listen to the river running by - you might even spot a kingfisher or two!
The open plan accommodation has hardwood flooring and provides a sitting area with a smart TV, superfast wifi, etc. There is a full kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.
The sleeping area has a king sized bed with luxury satin stripe bedding and big fluffy towels.
The bathroom has slate flooring and a large shower.
Outside guests have private access to 5 acres of riverside gardens, lawns and woodland. There is a 60 meter lake which is covered in waterlilies throughout the summer. If you fancy a stroll there is a 1km path from your doorstep through the grounds.

We moved to Jopes Mill in 2019 and during the next 18 months renovated two of the buildings to create Jopes Mill and Jopes Lodge. We did quite a lot of the work ourselves with the help of some brilliant local contractors. We've loved every minute since our move to Cornwall (or back to Cornwall in Nick's case as he grew up here). We feel so lucky to live in this beautiful peaceful valley - and of course is great meeting lots of lovely guests!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We fell in love with Jopes Mill as soon as we came here to view. The valley is so peaceful and we always wanted to live near water and with some woodland, so Jopes was perfect. It's also a bonus that the transport links are so good - the A38 is just half a mile away but thanks to a bend in the valley you rarely hear it from the Lodge (and never hear it from inside).
