Thisbeautiful villa simply invites its guests to come and relax on their vacation. It is a perfect place for those that are looking for a luxurious yet intimate space. It is not big but it offers full comfort for up to five people in its beautifully appointed 2 bedrooms. The guests will surely enjoy using the spa facilities like the sauna or the jacuzzi, or taking a dip in the outdoor pool. For those of a more athletic nature there is a dedicated gym area. After they work up an appetite, they can prepare a lovely meal in the fully equipped kitchen or on the outdoor grill. And later they can relax on the beautiful sun deck or one of the very nice balconies that offer a great view of the sea and the countryside. The pets are also welcome and they will especially enjoy the spacious garden surrounding the villa.
Villa Filip is located only a kilometre away from the city centre of Makarska so the guests will be able to enjoy both the city life and the peace and quiet of the villa. The famous pebble beaches with plentiful shade provided by stately pine trees are only a few minutes’ walk away. The nearest shop, bakery and café are also less than a 10-minute walk from the villa.

The city of Makarska is a well-known tourist destination that offers a lot of things to do from enjoying the local cuisine to having a great time in one of the local clubs. Those that like to spend their holiday in a more active manner can find a lot of things to do as well, from tennis courts to diving classes. Of course, the thing that you will certainly not fail to notice is the Biokovo mountain dominating the skyline above Makarska, and those that love mountaineering or hiking will come into their own here. We especially recommend a visit to the Nature Park Biokovo where you can find the Skywalk. That glass walkway is a perfect place for a selfie but not for those that do not like heights.
