Top Urlaub/Holidays/Vacanze in Villa Anna No.8

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der in einem Appartement der Villa Anna verbracht (No. 8). Sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber, echt top. Kurze und gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Lage ist echt super, 5.min zum Strand, kleiner Laden am Strand, ansonsten alles kurze Wege nach Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro oder sonst auf der Insel. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. We spent a very nice holiday in the in an apartment of Villa Anna (No. 8). Very nicely decorated, clean, really top. Short and good communication with the hosts. Location is really great, 5. min to the beach, small shop on the beach, otherwise everything short distances to Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro or otherwise on the island. We will definitely come back. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza molto piacevole in un appartamento di Villa Anna (No. 8). Molto ben arredate, pulite, davvero top. Breve e buona comunicazione. La posizione è davvero ottima, a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia, piccolo negozio sulla spiaggia, altrimenti tutto a breve distanza a Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro o qualsiasi altra cosa sull’isola. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Tolle Wohnung

Tolle Wohnung die mit viel Geschmack und Liebe eingerichtet ist. Und der Weg zum Strand waren tatsächlich nur 5min. Zum Einkaufen ist fahren besser, da der „Market“ um die Ecke richtig teuer ist. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ging über einen Wohnwagen Abstellplatz in die schöne Umgebung. Kein Meerblick, was auch nicht versprochen wurde. Zu Fuß hat man etwa 1 Stunde bis Capoliveri. Wir können diese Wohnung und die Vermieter nur empfehlen. Wir haben uns Wohlgefühlt. Jörg & Jutta

Gerne wieder

Die Vermieterinnen erwiesen sich als zuvorkommende, zuverlässige und hilfsbereite Gastgeberinnen. Die Lage der Wohnung war super - kurzer Fußweg zum Strand. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ebenfalls vor Ort. Positiv ist auch, dass es einen festen Parkplatz gibt. Um abends in die Stadt zu kommen, gibt es die Möglichkeit mit dem Bus zu fahren. Haltestelle 2 Minuten entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst ist ein Traum: Sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Qualche imprevisto

Il nostro soggiorno nel complesso è andato bene a parte un imprevisto con la fornitura di acqua risolto in tempi brevi.. la posizione dell'appartamento è ottima in quanto si possono raggiungere molte spiagge con pochi minuti di auto.. se tornero all'elba lo terrò sicuramente in considerazione... unico consiglio che mi sento di dare alla proprietaria è di aggiungere almeno una paletta per le braci nel barbecue...

Relax al primo posto!

Dovessi tornare all'Elba non esiterei un minuto a contattare SILVIA per chiederle di soggiornare in questa struttura! Immerso nella pace e nel verde L'appartamento è perfetto sia per due coppie (come noi) che per una famiglia di 4/5persone. Pulitissimo è dotato di tutto il necessario L'appartamento è comodissimo sia per la posizione (5min a piedi da lido di Capoliveri) che per la pace che si gode tutto attorno. Ottimo punto di partenza per escursioni verso le altre spiagge dell'isola , oppure per quelle in bici. Le proprietarie sono di una gentilezza unica e disponibili come poche volte mi è capitato. Ascoltate i loro consigli sui luoghi in cui andare a mangiare perché sono preziosissimi !

Un appartamentino curato!

L'appartamento è sicuramente più carino di quanto si possa intuire dalle fotografie, curato, arioso e ben fornito. La posizione è perfetta per chi cerca fresco a 5 minuti (proprio 5) di passeggiata dal mare. Forse un pochino fuori mano dalla vita notturna: infatti per raggiungere capoliveri è necessario utilizzare l'auto o la corriera. Speriamo di poter tornare anche l'anno prossimo

Vacanza Stupenda

Era la prima volta che andavamo in vacanza in questa stupenda isola. Ci siamo trovati benissimo sotto ogni forma, iniziando dalla gentilezza e disponibilità da parte della proprietaria, per poi passare alla location, l'appartamento Gelsomino pulito e molto arieggiato, ideale per 5 persone. La Villa si trova in un punto strategico di Capoliveri Lido, a due passi (a piedi) da una bellissima spiaggia fornita di tutte le attrezzature che una persona può desiderare dal mare, con ristoranti, bar per pranzi veloci e bagni strutturati, vi consigliamo Bagno Stella struttura a conduzione famigliare, dove la professionalità e gentilezza da parte della Sig.ra Claudia fa la differenza con gli altri Bagni nelle vicinanze. Da segnalare nelle vicinanze anche il Ristorante Casanova, dove si può mangiare molto bene sia Pesce che Pizza accompagnati dalla simpatia del proprietario Ugo, come da tradizione toscana. Porto Azzurro è un paese molto vicino alla Villa, raggiungibile con 10 min di macchina, dove si possono trovare molti servizi come Supermercato, Farmacia, Banca e altro, in questo posto vi consigliamo di andare a mangiare nella Pizzeria/Ristorante "La Taverna", locale che troverete nella piazzetta principale lungo il porto della cittadina. La posizione di Villa Anna è veramente strategica, perché a pochi km è possibile raggiungere le più belle spiagge dell'isola. Location che consiglierei agli amici e ci tornerei molto volentieri.

Bellissima vacanza

Premetto che era la prima volta che visitavamo l'Isola d'Elba, ci siamo trovati molto bene, accoglienza ottima da parte dalla proprietà dell'immobile, che con molta chiarezza e disponibilità ci ha consigliato come poterci muovere durante la nostra permanenza sull'Isola. L'appartamento Gelsomino era pulito e ben tenuto, di dimensioni ideali per 5 persone, ottima la posizione, a due passi (a piedi) dal mare di Capoliveri Lido, dove si può trovare una bellissima spiaggia con dei bagni attrezzati, consiglio il Bagno Stella, a conduzione famigliare dove gentilezza e cortesia sono di casa. Il Top dei Ristoranti vicino alla Villa è senza dubbio da Ugo Casanova, si mangia molto bene sia Pizza che Pesce, il titolare persona splendida e allegra, come da tradizione toscana. Nelle vicinanze, raggiungibile con la macchina (10min) c'è Porto Azzurro, piccola cittadina sul mare molto carina, sia per una passeggiata serale ma anche per i tanti servizi che mette a disposizione come Supermercati, Banca, Farmacia e tanti altri, tra l'altro qui troverete direttamente sulla piazza principale adiacente al porticciolo il Ristorante Pizzeria La Taverna, con un'ottimo rapporto Qualità/Prezzo oltre alla disponibilità e cortesia del titolare. Cos'altro dire? che la vacanza è stata bellissima su ogni fronte, Location, Mare, Persone, sicuramente da ripetere.

Semplicemente ... ottima !

Posto tranquillo e silenzioso, accoglienza squisita. L'appartamento è semplicemente fantastico per ariosità e luminosità, aiutato in questo dalle finestre su tre lati. La spiaggia (meravigliosa di sabbia fine) a poca distanza è raggiungibile a piedi tramite una stradina di rado traffico. Bellissimo panorama dal balcone e volendo c'è il BBQ nel giardino .... Aggiungiamo che non v'è alcun problema di parcheggio ... PERFETTO !
