Casa Francesca is a  holiday home garden near the beach in San Pietro in Bevagna. There is a small garden, covered parking and a beautiful porch with outdoor dining area and armchairs.Casa Francesca consists of basic but cozy rooms, such as the well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom while the other is a twin bedroom and a full bathroom. The fifth sleeping accommodation is on sofa bed.The air conditioning is in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms.The surroundings of the holiday home, 150 meters away from the beachCasa Francesca is 150 meters away from the beach in San Pietro in Bevagna,
on the Ionian coast of Salento. The sea is clean and blue, the sandy
beach is golden and soft. THe holiday home is within walking distance
from the city centre.There are several worth-visiting spots in the area, especially if you are a nature lover, such as the protected area of the Chidro river mouth, which flows into the sea and makes it like a natural swimming pool. The holiday home is also close to the Salina dei Monaci and the beaches in Punta Prosciutto.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.- Water by tank.
- The master bedroom is without windows.- The air conditioning is in the kitchen and in the double room (no mosquito nets).
