This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is situated on the popular Euromarina complex in the centre of Los Alcazares.  Its amazing location puts it central to the beaches, shops, bars and restaurants and is perfect for couples, families and small groups alike.

The apartment has one double bedroom with en suite and one twin bedroom.  The apartment also boasts a shaded outdoor terrace.   Air conditioning / heating is included as well as TV and internet.

Apartment Description

Swimming pools, and sunbathing areas

The apartment has an outdoor terrace with a small dining area for you to enjoy througout the day.

The apartment is in the Euromarina complex, which boasts 3 swimming pools for you to choose from.  All you will need to do is take your own loungers for sunbathing, which will need to be removed at the end of the day, these are available at the apartment for your use.

Living space

The apartment has an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen, perfect for modern day living.  The living room has a very comfortable sofa, large flat screen TV and high speed internet.  The spacious kitchen has everything you need to ensure a comfortable stay. 

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The is 1 double bedroom with en suite shower room, and 1 twin room.  There is also a main shower room.

Apartment Location

The apartment is positioned in the middle of Los Alcazares, very central for the beach, shops, bars and restaurants which means there is no need for a car if you prefer.  For more information on the local area, please click here. Location is excellent. A short walk to the beach and the local bars and restaurants. Property manager is very good and is very accessible to sort out any issues. Property itself is in excellent condition and is maintained to a high standard.

Great property and location

Immaculate apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Complex has a pool literally 30 seconds walk from the front door and to get to the 'strip' where all the restaurants and bars are, is only 5 mins walk (Tipsy Thistle on the plaza is the closest and does the best food, especially breakfasts) with the beach being a further 5 mins. Location wise it really couldn't be better. Faultless apartment and the check in was equally as good as the property managers met us there and allowed us to check in early.

Beautifully presented apartment with a modern finish. Two lovely bathrooms, comfy beds and spotlessly clean. The negatives were the lack of drawer space which was virtually non existent. We managed by leaving most of our clothes in our suitcases which was not ideal. Wardrobe space was fine but not enough hangers. Anyone who has been to these apartments knows the sunbeds are a big part of your daytime and these were poor with the exception of one recliner. Two loungers were very flimsy and one was broken and two beach chairs. Not ideal at all.

Excellent two bedroom apartment in Puerto Marina

After an initial hiccup accessing the property we were really pleased when we entered. The property is exactly as the picture shows, very light and bright. The owner has certainly fitted the apartment with quality goods. We found the bed particularly comfortable and the two walk-in showers were great. We have stayed on this complex before but in an apartment in one of the first phase builds. There is certainly a big difference in all the equipment and layout. The only thing it lacks is a good view as before we overlooked the pools. The benefit is that you won't get the noise from the pools one of which is just a minutes walk from the front door. The complex is very well maintained and in my view it is the best in the area. There are 5 supermarkets within a ten minute walk and the main strip is also ten minutes away and the Mar Menor another 5 minutes. There are also buses enabling visits to Murcia, Cartagena, Lo Pagan and Cabo de Palos and La Manga. I would certainly recommend this apartment.

Excellent modern apartment in lovely complex

Modern apartment with all mod cons. Modern clean lines, unfussy with no needless dust gatherers (ornaments). Very comfortable beds and sofa. Excellent facilities - deluge walk-in shower (powerful), dishwasher and washing machine. Wifi connection excellent but need adaptor plug to charge as no direct USB sockets. Debbie, house manager, very helpful and came round very next day with beach towels and to help us understand air conditioning control. Air con was also excellent, very effective. The apartment is on first floor (lift if needed) and just round corner from pool. Puerto Marina is a very secure complex but still close to excellent local amenities - bars, restaurants, beach. Puerto Marina complex very handy for bars and restaurants on The Strip and within easy reach of the beach. Even closer, El Patio restaurant which is definitely worth trying. We had a big family meal there (steaks, paella, kids meals) all fresh and very tasty and good value for money. Only 5 mins walk to supermarkets - Consum, Mercadona and Lidle. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would definitely stay again and recommend.
