Historic Capri villa with large garden with breathtaking, unforgettable views
The house is part of an ancient Capri villa from the 1800s and has its own panoramic private garden of 500m2 on 2 levels.
*It is located 20 minutes walk from the square, (without stairs).
*** The house of about 110 square meters consisting of:
- a living room overlooking the splendid garden with furniture, antique paintings, a comfortable sofa + internal dining table.
- kitchen, separate and equipped which can also be accessed from the garden.
- Two bedrooms:
- 1- double bedroom.
- 2- another large double bedroom + mezzanine with single sofa bed & en suite bathroom with walking shower
- master bathroom with bathtub
- all rooms are equipped with air conditioning
* free Wi-Fi / sky TV
*** large and very panoramic equipped garden:
- dining table in Vietri majolica for 14 people under a pergola from which to enjoy an unforgettable sunset + table for 6 people where you can dine by candlelight overlooking the Gulf of Naples
- pergola surrounded by lemon trees equipped with wrought iron chairs and sofas for relaxing and for an aperitif
- Solarium equipped with sunbeds from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Naples
* Linen change every 5 days

°possible possibility of an expert cook of typical Capri dishes for a fee
possibility of booking a private boat with a paid sailor to tour the island and visit the famous Capri caves

* a minimarket stocked with typical Capri products is just a 5m walk from the house
* an excellent Caprese restaurant is only 8m walk from the house
* two characteristic cafés for breakfast, light lunches and aperitifs are 5 minutes away and about 10m on foot from the house
* Villa Jovis and villa Lysis are about 800 m walk from the house and are wonderful places where cultural events and concerts are held in the summer
- the Faraglioni and the famous Fontellina beach are about 1.5 km on foot from the house
* security deposit of 500 euros in cash the security deposit will be returned on the day of departure if there is no damage to the structure
