Summary:
A spacious studio apartment, set within a recently modernised development in central East Grinstead. In a prime location just 2 minutes walk from the town centre, you will be within easy reach of shops, bars, restaurants and transport links. The studio comprises a fully fitted kitchen, modern bathroom, a seperate study and comfortable double bed with wifi throughout and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay in the heart of the East Grinstead.
The Space:
This contemporary studio apartment has been finished to a high standard with stylish furnishings and modern appliances throughout. The living space features a dining table, sofa and smart Tv and has light streaming through the windows adding to the spacious feel throughout. There's a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home and also a separate study room. There is high speed broadband throughout the studio. The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed that will be made up with crisp hotel linen. The modern and clean bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. There is also free on-site parking (bay 198). Guests can also benefit from access to the communal on site gym and business centre. (please request gym access with us before use, as you will need to have an induction).
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the studio for the duration of their stay.
The Neighborhood:
Located just minutes from the town centre, you are within walking distance of a huge array of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. East Grinstead Train station is just 2 minutes walk away, with links to central London, and there is also a supermarket nearby for your groceries. Gatwick Airport is less than a 20 minute drive away, or a 50 minute bus journey.
Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, the town is easily accessible on foot. There are a number of bus routes leaving from the main road around the corner, and Gatwick Airport can be reached in 50 minutes by bus, or 20 minutes by car or taxi. East Grinstead train station is just a 2 minute walk from the apartment, with trains to central London taking less than an hour.
Other Things to Note:
(please request gym access with us before use, as you will need to have an induction).
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.
Please note, you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
