Beach House in the Mangroves

Rustic, open-concept 2-bedroom house with air conditioning, a terrace, a breakfast bar, a hammock shed, and a pool (5 x 3 meters), depth 1.20 meters, with views of the estuary and mangroves; the beach is 5 minutes away, and it’s a 10-minute boat ride to La Bocana—an ideal spot for swimming and water sports.
Located on Barra de Santiago Beach, where you can enjoy its natural beauty by visiting one of the country’s most important mangrove reserves, as well as the safety and friendliness of the local people.
The property
The house is surrounded by trees and palm trees and has ample parking space; the rooms feature air conditioning, ceiling fans, and portable fans. Located across from the Barra de Santiago estuary; swimming in front of the house is not recommended due to the mud.

We provide transportation services; rates vary depending on the location (please inquire).
We also offer tours to the crocodile reserve, the canals, the mangrove reserve, and La Bocana.
Please inquire about availability if you need staff to help in the kitchen.
