We are on the side of the island where peace dominates, immersed in the greenery of the Mediterranean maquis and particularly loved by trekking and mountain bike enthusiasts, as its proximity to many paths allows you to experience a relaxing holiday but also of sports. Not very busy, this stretch of coast offers tranquility and a crystalline sea, with a granite appearance and characterized by cliffs overlooking the sea that plunge into the water. Absolute silence for a well-deserved rest. Just over a km away are the two marvelous and wild inlets of Campo lo Feno and delle Buche. Within a few km, the cliffs of Chiessi at 3 km and Pomonte at 5 km, or the golden sandy coves such as Fetovaia at 8 km or Sant'Andrea at 7 km.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.
Casa Maya is a structure furnished with taste and attention to detail, in a residential village nestled on the western side of Elba, in a dominant position over the sea and with a spectacular view of the Gulf and facing the open sea, from where you can admire the profiles of Gorgona, Capraia and Corsica.

The one bed-room apartment with sea view of about 50 square meters consists of a private entrance, recently renovated kitchen with dining room and a sofa bed. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with single bed and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. At guests' disposal large outdoor spaces equipped for eating and relaxing, about 50 square meters of terrace above and about 200 square meters of outdoor space in front, with incredible sea view, immersed in the greenery of a terraced and fenced wood of about a thousand meters available, which surround the structure.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (aimed at groups of guys; family welcome)
- rental for a maximum of 2 adults + child
- check-in in our offices from 16.30 to 19.30 and check-out by 12.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed with a cleaning fee of 30 euros (a part of the house is perfect for those traveling with 4-legged friends, of small size, closed and fenced by a 90 cm high wall)
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
