Three-room apartment on 3 levels in historic building in the village of Morcote

Climbing the stairs of the Palazzo Gritti from the “Strecia di Calastri” side you reach the apartment, immediately greeted by its large living room, furnished with two sofas for chatting with friends or reading a book after a day of sightseeing, bathing and water sports. Here the large table for 6 is perfect for dinners with friends, but also for study and work.
Next door, separated by a small wall, is the modern kitchen, complete with appliances and everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners as at home, and an additional table for breakfasts, lunches or quick snacks.
Climbing the stairs leads to the sleeping area, divided on two levels. There are two bedrooms, one with a French bed, and a double with a single sofa bed and additionally a single bed located on the loft. On another loft there are two more single beds, upon request for additional guests.
A bathroom with a bathtub concludes the apartment.
A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.
Free Wi-Fi for the guests.

The flat does not have a private parking space, but you can park in the public car parks along the street or in the large communal car park (parking charges apply).
Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.
Smoking is forbidden.


Palazzo Gritti - SIN4 APARTMENTS

Palazzo Gritti is a historic building that has been carefully renovated to give life to 6 vacation apartments in the village of Morcote. This project was born out of an idea and a love for the surrounding area and in a beautiful setting, where the lake laps the shore and where there is a feeling of serenity and relaxation.
The palace is part of the FAI Swiss heritage, open to public visits as an important historical building on FAI spring days. Guests have access to the beautiful lakefront garden, 4Sin Garden, 300 m from the house, where they can use deck chairs, tables, and chairs for outdoor dining.

CHECK-IN from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. We kindly ask you to arrive by this time slot so that we can escort you to the apartment and let us know the day before check-in what time you will arrive.

SELF CHECK-IN (ONLY IF NECESSARY): from 6:00 p.m. onwards.
To get the key, you must enter your MASTERLOCK CODE in the MASTERLOCK (you will receive it by e-mail, with instructions for entering the apartment).
