The Maestrale apartment is the largest (85 m2) of the Countryhouse La Collina in the Marche and has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and a fantastic roof terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains!
The Maestrale apartment is located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the main building.
You enter the apartment into a large living-dining room with dining table and sofa bed. From here you have direct access to the large roof terrace where you can enjoy breakfast, aperitif or dinner in complete privacy. Next to the living/dining room is a separate country-style kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven and gas hob.
On the 2nd floor there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with bunk beds. There is also a spacious bathroom with sink, toilet and tub/shower combination.
The apartment has air conditioning, wifi and TV.
La Collina has a wellness area with a hot tub and sauna, which guests can use.
