Dlouhá Palace - live in one of the best streets

The building is part of Palace Dlouhá. The Dlouhá Palace boasts one of the finest shopping arcades in Prague, which combines elements of Cubism, Futurism, and Art Nouveau. The building was erected in the 1920s as a modern city palace with an arcade and a theater. This arcade with delicacies is a must-visit destination for everyone who likes to indulge in high-quality food and drink, is the perfect oasis for the gourmets of Prague.

The building street also boasts great Czech and various international restaurants, cafés, and bars. You will be close to all the historical monuments, and the best shops, but also to shopping malls, metro, and tram stations. The building is located 600 meters from the Old Town Square and the famous Jewish Quarter, 150 meters to the tram stop, and 350 meters to the shopping center with 200 shops.

The apartment comes completely furnished with all amenities suitable for short/mid or long-term stays.

The apartment itself consists of a spacious Living room with a foldable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a Bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, and private en suite Bathroom, and a second separate Toilet accessible from the Living room for your visitors.

Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!

Kindly share your time of arrival. Check-in time is from 16.00. The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center (Truhlarská 1489/29, 110 00 Nové Mesto, Prague 1). It is open NON-STOP and only within 7-minute walking from the apartment. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.

If you prefer to get personal check-in (somebody will meet you at the address) an additional fee will be charged. The fee is as follows:
- 16:00 - 21.00: 20 EUR
- 21:00 - 00:00: 30 EUR
- 00:00 - 00:30: 50 EUR.
If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (the latest 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.

Please respect our apartment and neighbors. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund.

3) A deposit of 200 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest's departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank's processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center, with 24/7 access. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are allowed only under previous consultation. An extra fee applies.
10) No parties allowed. Don't disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment's appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
