Beautiful wooden cabin built on a 1-hectare farm. It is equipped to accommodate up to 3 guests and is located just a 15-minute drive from the port of Colonia and 5 minutes from the beaches. It features a deck, a pool, and an outdoor barbecue area.

The space
The cabin features a fully equipped kitchen with a gas oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, and dishes and utensils—ideal for those who enjoy home-cooked meals.

Next is a bright room with a sleeper sofa, designed for relaxation, reading, and leisure.

The bathroom is spacious, with a toilet, bidet, and bathtub with showerhead. Towels and bath towels are provided for each guest.

The double bed is located near the large windows, offering an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside. The room is equipped with heat and cool air conditioning, as well as bedding and a blanket for colder days.

The outdoor grounds cover 1 hectare and are fully landscaped, featuring a lush grove of eucalyptus trees, a swimming pool for the summer months (from December 15 through February 28), and the barbecue area for outdoor cooking. All with beautiful views of the cultivated fields, vineyards, and local wildlife.

La Fiaca is located right in the heart of the countryside! From the cabin, you’ll be able to enjoy all the nature that Colonia has to offer.

The elevation and location of the property provide a unique vantage point for watching the sunrise, sunset, and starry nights. The scenery is complemented by native vegetation and fields with various types of crops.

Additionally, at La Fiaca you can observe local wildlife and animals from neighboring fields, including poultry that cross the fence to forage naturally.

You may bring a small pet (dog or cat). It must remain with you at all times and must never be left alone inside the cabin. Please take care to protect the interior of the property from possible scratches and/or bites. Please do not let your pet onto the beds or the couch, and take them outside for both feeding and bathroom breaks. Thank you.

Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin. For that purpose, we have a spacious, covered, elevated deck with a beautiful view.

Both the farm and the cabin are for the exclusive use of you and your accompanying guests. Visitors are not permitted.
