The entire house with private entrance, distributed over 5 floors with private lift is composed as following : 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and walk-in closets, living room with bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, study, terrace, and an entire floor dedicated to relaxation with large whirlpool tub that can accommodate up to 6 guests, sitting area and private shower. Palazzo Il Banco is at the complete disposal of its guests and meets the highest standards of quality, design, functionality and relaxation. The internal lift makes all 5 floors easily accessible. The bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. The living area is divided between a fully equipped kitchen with an integrated table for breakfast or an aperitif and the common area consisting of a dining table and comfortable sofas. What makes Palazzo Il Banco even more exclusive are the terrace, the study and also the relaxation area arranged on one floor of the house with the hydromassage tub, a sitting area and the shower available.
