Este encantador apartamento frente al mar está situado en el paseo marítimo de la bahía de St Paul, con vistas a las islas de St. Paul. Se trata de un encantador apartamento a estrenar, con acabados modernos y totalmente equipado para sus vacaciones en Malta.
El apartamento tiene dos dormitorios, un baño y una sala de estar con balcón con vistas al mar y muebles de exterior (mesas y sillas). El dormitorio principal tiene una cama doble y una cama individual y una amplia terraza, mientras que el segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama. El apartamento mide 63 m² en su interior y puede alojar hasta 6 personas.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a living room with a seaview balcony with outside furniture (tables and chairs). The main bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and a spacious terrace, while the second bedroom has twin beds. The living room has a sofa bed. Apartment measures 63 sqm internally and can accommodate up to 6 people.
There is a lift to all floors.
We are proud to offer a range of dining options, including a restaurant, bar, and snacks from the coffee shop, all located within the building. For families traveling with children, we have a play area to keep the little ones entertained. (Restaurant, bar coffee shop and play area available after March 2024 or ask if they are open )

In the area one can find grocery shops, pharmacies, bus stops, restaurants, dining al fresco, bars, etc, They are all within a few meters or within easy walking distance.
