It is a fully equipped level of 100 sq. m with living room, sofa bed , TV , air conditioning, dining room with built-in sofa, fitted kitchen, coffee maker, electric oven, kitchen utensils, large size fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
Continuing your tour at the Comfort Entry Level you will find 2 independent bedrooms with spacious wardrobes, air conditioning, special storage area for your shoes, 1 bathroom and an independent area where the washing machine is located.
The bathroom is made of pressed cement mortar providing unique aesthetics. There is also a built-in hair dryer.
Smoking is allowed in the kitchen and living room.Superior First FloorA perfectly equipped first floor with a big veranda
The Superior First Floor is the 1st floor of JKGOIKIA where you will find the epitome of high aesthetics. An area of 60 sq.m., fully equipped with a separate living room, sofa that can sleep 1, dining room, kitchen, bedroom and WC will take you to the absolute concept of rest and relaxation.
