At the heart of the Aravis, facing the Tournette (2353 m) in the town of Clefs Thônes on an altitude 980m. Our cottage is in an independent cottage of 100m2 consisting of 3 bedrooms, shower, toilet, hall, dining room, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. billiard room with pool table. Sheltered terrace of 25m2 facing south, balcony, barbecue, private parking. outdoor pool (summer only).

Winter ski resort, 20mn ski resorts, La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand, Manigod.

Summer: 20 minutes from Lake Annecy, 50 minutes from Lake Geneva, walking, hiking, forests, fishing, tennis.

Bel environnement, intérieur rustique , propriétaire revêche

L’environnement du chalet est plaisant, belle vue sur les montagnes La terrasse est très agréable Décoration qui mériterait un rafraichissement , confort simple La seule pièce de vie est la cuisine, pas très chaleureuse Draps composés d’une matière peu confortable (sorte de polyester), couettes minces et de mauvaise qualité Etat des lieux tatillon, voire maniaque : chaque fond de casserole est regardé de près à l’arrivée et au départ Aucun produit de nettoyage, éponge ou autre mis à disposition… curieux pour une personne aussi soucieuse de la propreté Propriétaire obnubilée par la valeur des choses, jusqu’à afficher à l’intérieur du placard le prix des objets s’ils venaient à casser Le comportement de la propriétaire est dissuasif quant à l’utilisation de certains objets : télé, billard… tant les recommandations d’usage sont parfois menaçantes.

Attention à la prestation ménage

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce chalet en famille. Le chalet répond aux descriptions de l annonce avec une décoration peu moderne et un confort simple. Nous avons pris la prestation ménage, afin d être tranquille dans ce chalet isolé et paisible. Cependant nous avons été "harcèlés" par la propriétaire qui faisait le ménage pour un montant très élevé! Préparez vous à faire l inventaire de la vaisselle avec une proprio très tatillonne.
