Le Bourg has been in my family since 1615. It is in the heart of Bourg St. Andeol. This is a unique property with many traditional features. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living area, kitchen and a secluded garden with a private swimming pool. All rooms are clean, light, airy and spacious.

Très belle maison et région !

merci pour ces belles vacances! la maison est parfaitement située dans le village, à deux pas des commerces et dans le centre historique très charmant! La maison est un lieu exceptionnel chargé d'histoire tout en étant très agréable et fonctionnelle! Nous étions 3 familles d'amis et nous avons passé une superbe semaine! merci !

Why they chose this property

Le Bourg has been in my family since 1615. It is in the heart of the town of Bourg St. Andeol. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living area, kitchen and a secluded garden with a private swimming pool and patio/diner. All rooms are light and airy, withs views either of the ancient church or the secluded courtyard garden.

What makes this property unique

The property is in the centre of the town, near local cafes, bars and restaurants. There is plentiful on and off street free parking nearby. Plus use of a secure garage for 1 car. Bourg St. Andeol is at the crossroads of the Ardèche, Drôme, Gard and Vaucluse. The Gorges de l’Ardèche, with freshwater swimming and canoeing are a 15 minute drive away and the ancient castle town of Grignan is 30 minutes away. There are many local vineyards, our favourite is Chateau Rochecolombe, with their award winning Cotes du Rhone!
