About this space
This Newly renovated house is perfectly situated near Swansea City Centre. It is an ideal location for working or studying in the area. As well as being in close proximity to the award winning beaches in Gower and Mumbles. Both areas being only 20 minute drive away.
This property is easily accessible to local public transport links, and in close proximity to Swansea University, Trinity St. David’s campus’ as well as Singleton Hospital.
Prices are based on renting entire house.
The space
Newly renovated 2 bedroom property with a large garden at the rear with decking and seating areas.
Through the entrance you will be taken into the hallway. There are two rooms either side of the hallway, the right one taking you into a small but functional bathroom which has an electric shower over the bath. To the left you will step foot into a warm and inviting living room which boasts a 55inch SmartTV complete with access to Sky.
The kitchen is just a step though the living room and it contains all of the necessities you may need to unleash your inner Gordon Ramsey! You have 2 dining options, one being from the breakfast bar that is in the kitchen. Or on the other hand, you can dine on the dining table. You are able to access the generously sized garden through the back door that is located in the kitchen.
Upstairs you will be met with a choice of two tastefully decorated large bedrooms which have built in storage for your belongings and a small reading chair. The bedroom configurations are 3 single beds in one bedroom and the other being a double bed. The bedrooms are great place to rest your head after exploring Swansea's fantastic amenities!

The vibrant areas of Uplands & Sketty are also closely located with both having lots of unique shops, bars, cafes and restaurants to visit.
A short 10/15 minute walk on foot or a car journey of just 5 minutes will transport you to a cafe quarter type location with a relaxed energy and a feel good atmosphere for people of all ages!

The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects each home to certify they have met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
